I can’t take apppoitments in their website. I called to know how to take appointment the assistant was very rude and told me we don’t provide information about appointment over call . I have sent a mail and they sent me the link that doesn’t work

Mi experiencia en el consulado no fue nada agradable, traté de tramitar mi pasaporte (porque me habían robado) y como no tenía mi vuelo de regreso a México, me lo negaron.

Una de las mejores atenciones que he tenido cuando una situación difícil se presenta. Me robaron mi pasaporte en Paris y el consulado fue siempre amable y siempre respetuoso y muy puntual. Todo su equipo, desde la recepción hasta pasos finales, no cabe duda que el corazón de los mexicanos no tiene comparación. Les agradezco infinitamente por su ayuda ❤️ Solo una nota, recuerden tener documentos a la mano y siempre listos por cualquier situación, se ayudan ustedes y al equipo también!
