This property exceeds expectations. The service level here is remarkable - attentive, thoughtful, and always anticipating guests' needs.||I encountered a few unexpected situations during my stay, including a minor injury, and the staff's response was immediate and professional. Special mention to Mireille, who went above and beyond to help with a wardrobe emergency, turning what could have been a disappointing evening into a perfect one.||The housekeeping team maintains immaculate standards, and the guest service team responds to requests promptly and efficiently. They even surprised me with birthday treats, which was a lovely touch.||What sets this property apart is not just the beautiful location or facilities, but the genuine care and attention to detail from every staff member. This is truly the finest Park Hyatt I've experienced, and I look forward to returning.

The initial room assignment, allocation process was frustrating and I had to settle for a downgraded room. But once I get into it and organized, it was fine. Rooms themselves are on the dark side in terms of decor and minimal natural light, thus I am giving 4 stars. Service, overall was excellent. Especially Lucas, Duty Manager. Totally outstanding hospitality person. Some improvements needed around F&B. Very good gym. Small, coed spa facilities. No swimming pool. Overall, totally recommend and would repeat.

Situated in one of the most central and convenient parts of Paris, the hotel does not disappoint in any way. The service is friendly, accommodating and responsive. They first accommodated us with a requested room at check-in, then when we were considering changing rooms they did find us another room , but we decided to stay put. They then comped us breakfast for our stay, just because they felt we were inconvenienced. Not necessary and wholeheartedly appreciated.||The rooms are well appointed and spacious and the facilities, such as the spa, the cafe, the dining room, etc. lend itself to serene and enjoyable atmosphere.||Finally, upon check-out the manger made it a point to come out and express his thanks for our stay and apologized for any inconvenience whatsoever. I related it was more instigated by us and we truly appreciated his kind words.||THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY in Paris.
