La Maison Favart was in the 2nd arrondisement, next to the Opera Comique. It was a 9 minute walk to the Opera Garnier and 16 minute walk from the Louvre Museum & Jardin des Tuileries. The hotel was in close proximity to a metro station, so it was easy to get to other sightseeing destinations and restaurants. The room was small (as is typical in Europe) but cute, clean, and functional with all the necessities provided. Freddy at the concierge desk and Mounir at the front desk provided excellent customer service! My husband and I would certainly stay there again, as well as check out their branch in London.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location. Many restaurants and shopping close by.|This is boutique hotel, not too many rooms with individual style. The check in was easy and fast. Front desk staff were amazing and very helpful. Concierge was always ready to help you with any needs or request. Maison Favart will become our go to hotel in Paris from now on.

Vraiment une excellente adresse ! L’hôtel est très bien situé dans une petite rue calme en face de l’opéra comique sur une placette piétonne en plein cœur de Paris à 2 pas du boulevard des Italiens|L’accueil est chaleureux et souriant. Le personnel est très attentif et très agréable, notamment Boris avec ses super conseils. |Notre chambre était grande avec une superbe vue sur l’opéra comique au cinquième étage. La literie est très confortable, la salle de bain grande très bien équipée. L’endroit est également très calme. |L’après-midi, nous avons droit à un goûter généreux et bien agréable.|Le petit déjeuner est très complet et délicieux, notamment les œufs brouillés, le bacon, les saucisses.|Nous gardons précieusement l’adresse pour notre prochain séjour à Paris

Lovely luxurious hotel right across the street from opera comique. Knowledgeable concierge, convenient location. Even has swimming! Not a budget hotel, however.

Such attentive staff. Relaxed exceptionally clean and friendly atmosphere. The opposite from when you leave the hotel ????.. when the staff at Versailles couldn’t be more unhelpful and rude. Would definitely recommend this lovely little hotel ????

Absolutely perfect boutique hotel in the middle of everything! The staff was devoted to making our stay a wonderful experience, and the accommodation couldn’t have been better. The rooms were clean with lovely decor and amenities. Easy walking distance to a plethora of shopping and dining options, and close to metro entrances. We will definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend!

Endroit plein de charme et très calme en plein cœur de Paris. A 2 pas du métro. La literie est excellente. Je recommande la chambre 17 - spacieuse avec vue sur l’opéra. La conciergerie Boris les bons tuyaux et Freddy aux petits soins - notamment pour dénicher un fauteuil roulant sans ordonnance. Personnel adorable. Très propre.

We travelled to Paris on the Eurostar and found the Gare Du Nor a bit manic, grabbed a taxi and arrived in Rue Marivaux where we were welcomed by the concierge Freddie, what a guy he made us very welcome and he must know everyone and everything about Paris and nothing was too much trouble.||We had bought the trip at a charity ball auction so no research but all I can say is wow.||Lisa checked us in to our deluxe room which had a juliet balcony overlooking the square.||The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding and sumptuous towels.||Board basis is bed and breakfast with a great selection of continental breakfast with a nod to us English with scrambled eggs bacon and sausage. Breakfast was laid back and goes on quite late for those who want to be out late and sleep late.||A wonderful addition is the basement well being area. Swimming pool, sauna and a water massage table the setting is amazing with mosaic tiled vaulted ceiling.||A wonderful hotel in a good location.||Would we go back? Definitely

La Maison Favart is a lovely boutique hotel located in a prime location near the Opera House and Galleries de Lafayette. Our room offered a gorgeous view of l'Opera Comique and its lovely square. The hotel itself is beautifuly decorated and presents the feel of being in a grand home. Our room, a little small because this is an older hotel, was charming, comfortable and clean with a large bathroom and walk in shower. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We opted for the morning breakfast and were much satisfied with the food quality and offerings in a beautiful dining area. I highly recommend La Maison Favart to anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious, pleasant place for a Paris stay.

Had a wonderful stay! The location is great, there’s a metro station only 5 minutes walk, not to mention it’s in the center, so if you’re going for the touristic parts of the city it’s a great deal.
The rooms are so sound proof to the point we thought we were alone on the 1st floor! The bed was soo comfortable. The room we stayed in had a wide window with the street view which made our waking up much happier. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were kind and so helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for visiting Paris. If you're a tourist on a budget, look no further than La Maison Favart. The staff there was incredibly nice and really helped make our stay pleasant. I recommend this hotel, bim bam bum

Equipe extra-ordinaire de gentillesse et d'efficacité. Nous étions déjà venus il y a 6 mois et nous reviendrons. L'hôtel est très bien localisé, très calme. Les chambres sont très agréables. Une mention toute particulière au Concierge (qui se reconnaîtra) pour nous avoir trouvé 2 places au Moulin Rouge (fully booked).|A très bientôt.

We stayed in the petite family suite with our three older children and everything was perfect ! Best continental breakfast we ever had and was so delicious. The service was beyond our expectations. Our one daughter is celiac and they made sure she had safe options every morning. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were extremely clean every day. The small details of the yellow tulips, champagne, bottled waters, bedside chocolates to the umbrellas they let us use were greatly appreciated. The pool and sauna was a nice surprise to use after long days of exploring. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making our stay perfect and very special.

Really lovely hotel and room convenient to the metro and main Paris spots. Service was great and room was clean with good coffee and tea making facilities. The honesty bar and the flowers for my wife and I's anniversary was an extra special touch.

The Maison Favart was just perfect. Ideally located and with a super friendly staff. Boris, the concierge, helped us out a lot and had great recommendations. The rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast had great options and the afternoon cake was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend.

La Maison Favart is a wonderful gem situated beautifully in a quiet, picturesque location just steps from busier areas. It is a short walk (under a mile) to Place de la Concorde and just a bit further to Montmartre. ||The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff could not be more friendly, helpful and wonderful. While we originally booked a family suite, we would up staying in La Petite Maison which provides two suites attached by a private staircase. This gave my teenagers privacy with their own room, bathroom and living room area, and offered me my own floor with similar accommodations. It's location right outside the breakfast area offered the opportunity to bring breakfast into our suite and dine together at the large dining table complete with twin chandeliers. ||This trip marked the first time my teens have traveled out of the U.S. and we all agreed that this was our favorite family vacation to date. ||Note that there is some facade maintenance being done at the hotel and it did completely obstruct the views from the windows in both of our suites which was disappointing. But, it did not ultimately take away from the experience of the beautiful accommodations. ||I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. They did everything to make our stay special. Chocolates on the bed; complimentary cake and drinks etc. The room was beautifully laid out. Towels replaced daily. Breakfast was really good. Loads of choice and a quiet respectful service to ensure your table was uncluttered and comfortable. The customer service generally was of an impeccable standard. We took their advice and they booked good local restaurants and our taxi on the last day. I'm often curmudgeonly about reviews so honestly this is a great place to stay.

Excellent hôtel situé à proximité de l’opéra, près des grands magasins et de la Madeleine, et pourtant dans une rue calme. L’accueil est très sympathique et professionnel, les chambres mignonnes et très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet et un thé avec cake vous est offert dans l’après midi. |Les propositions de restaurants étaient parfaites et le personnel est très serviable.|L’insonorisation interne et externe est très bonne.|Tout était parfait, nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Construction around the neighborhood ruins what could otherwise have been a great location. No cabs want to pick up or drop off passengers near this hotel. Service isn't great either - the staff seem nice but they are unable to provide basic amenities. The gym is also only three machines and nothing else. Better to save the money and stay elsewhere.

La Maison Favart was situated in a great location in Paris with food and amenities nearby. The pool was a great touch especially after a long day roaming around Paris. Boris, Freddie were very helpful, alongside the receptionist. Great touch was being upgraded to the suite which myself and the wife are very thankful for, given it was our mini-moon. Highly recommend and look forward to visit again!

Accueil de Boris assez borderline au niveau de notre première réception et première discussion. Il nous a pris pour des personnes d’entretien mais heureusement que la responsable a été excellente. Elle nous a reçu avec sourire et gentillesse et nous a accordé le petit déjeuner et une entrée dans n chambre plus tôt que prévu.
La piscine était assez froide et sauna pas assez chaud donc pas très intéressant de prendre l’hôtel que pour ça.

Superbe moment passé entre copines dans l’espace bien-être de ce charmant boutique hôtel! Nous avions réservé l’espace une heure, et avons eu accès à la magnifique piscine de l’établissement. Nous avons également pu profiter du sauna et de la table de massage. Un espace fitness est aussi à disposition.
Tout est fait pour passer un moment cocooning et réconfortant, nous avons adoré et avons été accueillies chaleureusement. Expérience au top!
