While the location was great, the hotel was not what I expected for the price, it was too small to offer all (if any) of the basic services you would expect for an Accor property, and my status was barely recognised… not upgrade offered, I was not even placed in a higher floor or a better view option. The room was dark and very poor natural light.

Small boutique hotel - more of a Pensione - but well located. This is a 3 star hotel masquerading as a four star. I’ve stayed here before, but this time the wear and tear is beginning to show. My room was tiny with limited storage, poor lighting, and the bathroom poorly ventilated. Also, window looked out onto a noisy construction site. Fancy toiletries and coffee making machine does not justify the ridiculously high tariff which seems to be almost double what is was on my previous stay two and a half years ago. Paris is expensive but this is ridiculous.

We spent 2 nights at this venue, rooms are very comfortable and comparing with a 5 stars we stayed the night before I will say the rooms have nothing to envy. Beds comfortable, showers great pressure. Our limited interaction with the staff was great. Location is great close to the higher end stores, Pace Vendôme, walking distance to many attractions.

The downside, the front door is not automated as night owls we were often stuck outside waiting to be let in. Same for going out at later hours.

All and all we would definitely go back without a doubt

The hotel was charming from the very beginning. The service was excellent, and the staff truly stood out—everyone was especially kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was a bit small, as is often the case in Paris, but it was very pretty, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

An excellent choice if you're looking for a cozy atmosphere and warm hospitality during your visit to Paris.
