We spent the past week in this great little hotel. It's in an EXCELLENT location convenient to the Metro, restaurants, cafes, shopping, it's within walking distance to the Louvre and yet its not noisy congested. The staff is superb, the rooms are European small. There's no dresser (at least not in our room )but has with a safe. It's clean and it has a nice breakfast and bar area and a separate sitting area. The front desk staff could not be more helpful, I would highly recommend booking the shuttle to and from the airport. It's only $38 for two people much less expensive than grabbing a taxi or an Uber or Bolt. I would most certainly stay there again.

The staffs are long-term employees. Their services are outstanding. They honored my request (not entering my room) during my stay (8 nights). They went out of their way to address all questions and concerns, especially Sandra and Ye. Every morning, Sandra would provide guidance how best using public transportation to reach all the sites I wanted to visit that day: shortest time, direct line, etc. She also suggested additional nearby those sites that are known only by locals. Her guidance and suggestions were wonderful making this the best Paris trip ever. One of the staff (I didn't write down his name) packed me a breakfast at 5 AM so I could eat before 6 AM pick up for the Normandy tour. They provided the best service for this 30-day trip in Europe. Thank you, all.

5月上旬に3泊をした！
立地はパリの中心に位置するのでとても良かった。色んなところにアクセスしやすかったし、メトロの駅までも歩いて5分前後でいける。とはいえ、メイン通りからは少し離れているので、そこまでうるさくはなく過ごしやすかった。
客室は少し狭めで、置かれているアメニティは最小限しかないので、歯ブラシとかはなかった。フロントに電話すれば、スリッパーやコンディショナーはもらえた。
サービスに関して、フロントの方はとても親切で、丁寧で英語でゆっくりと色々説明をしてくださった。また、レストランのウォーターマシンは24時間使えるので、お水には困らなかった。

立地と口コミがよくこの場所を選びました。立地はロワシーバス停より徒歩7分で観光名所までも徒歩圏内のためアクセスがとてもよかったです。また日本語対応のスタッフはいませんでしたが、携帯の翻訳を使ってすべて日本語に訳してくれました！またわからない点は何度も説明してくださり、困った時には迅速に対応していただき感謝しております！またパリに行く場合は利用したいです。スタッフのHICHENがとても親切でした！
