une 2ème serviette de toilette serait utile.
une prise en tête de lit serait aussi utile
Très bon accueil. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel lors de nos prochains séjours sur Paris

Un linge en plus serait top
The man at reception does not know how to give basic directions, nor did he give much interest in helping us. How can someone that works in reception at a hotel in Paris not know how to give directions to the airport? We asked which was the fastest way to the airport, and he directed us toward the Louvre metro station, where you have to change 2 trains to get to the station that will take us directly to the airport, which was one stop away from Chatelet-les-halles train station (which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel), so we spent 45 minutes to get on the same line that is a short walk from the hotel. We had one hour to get to the airport, however this route took us 1 hour and 45 minutes. Fortunately we just made our flight (however my partners passport was stolen on the metro. This is not the fault of the hotel of-course, but if we had been given the correct directions form the beginning this would have been avoided).
The woman in the kitchen at breakfast was very nice and displayed excellent customer service, and always had a smile on her face. I think she is the best employee at the hotel.
The breakfast was good, however it would be good to see more fruit available.

Cependant du plâtre non nettoyé sur le mur de tête de lit ( chambre 506 ) et sans doute ici depuis longtemps.
Rangements un peu insuffisants ainsi que le linge de toilette ( seulement un drap de bain par personne, pas de petite serviette en plus ) et un seul oreiller supplémentaire.
