We spent 9 days at Hotel Paris Opera. It was a great option based on accommodations, price, and location. It was very clean which is my number one requirement. Beds were comfy. Nice shower with good water pressure and hot water. Showers were a bit small. If my husband had been with me that probably would have been his issue. But for my petite frame it was just fine. We loved the big windows that we could open up to look out on the street. The weather got warm and the room was a little stuffy. Our room was over the bar so it was noisy at night, but there's nothing that the hotel could do about that. That's just life in the big city! With the room being so small it would have been nice to have some hooks on the wall or something where we could hang jackets and bags. Finding a place for everything is a challenge in a very small room. Front desk staff was absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful. And the location was perfect. We could walk to 80% of where we were going with in 20 minutes or so. And the couple times we took an Uber they were within minutes of the hotel. There's a great little grocery store and bakery just across the street. And several restaurants within a few blocks. Would definitely stay there again.

Central location, very comfortable bed, great breakfast inc scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage etc, plus cold meats, fruit and yogurt, pastries, baguette, apple tart. The attention from Ishara and staff was 10/10 - assisting with luggage storage and recommendations. |We had heard that Paris accommodation room sizes were small so we were pleased with our room, high ceilings and front balcony. There was street noise during the night, didn’t bother us but a consideration to ask about if you are a light sleeper. Tea/coffee and fridge in the room - we would stay here again.

Last year, I stayed at this hotel with my best friend over Halloween. Aside from a minor incident (a curtain rod literally fell on our heads), everything went smoothly. The service was friendly, and the hotel was clean, which is why I decided to return this year with my sisters.||Unfortunately, we experienced a family loss shortly before our trip. We contacted the hotel in time to reschedule – not cancel – as we still wanted to come, just at a later date.||We didn’t get any response for over 24 hours. Then we were told we didn’t notify them within the 48-hour window – which was simply not true. Still, they initially agreed to refund one night. We were fine with that and just wanted to move the dates.||But after that: silence. No follow-up, no refund, no rescheduling. We suggested coming in June, but were told the hotel was fully booked – even though rooms were still available online. Completely unprofessional and misleading.||I felt extremely disappointed as a returning guest. Sadly, this experience was unacceptable, and I will not be coming back. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone anymore.

Sin duda será mi hotel en París. Servicio genial. Habitaciones, para ser París, amplias! Detalles de cortesía de bienvenida súper! Era el cumpleaños de mi hija y le hicieron un regalo precioso! Desayuno fantástico. Y lo mejor la ubicación!!!!! Para nuestros planes, a 20 minutos de todo. Y una zona con mil restaurantes y opciones.

Tirarte años ahorrando para ir a Paris y en teoría coger un buen hotel y menuda decepción .
El hotel más sucio imposible , la camarera de pisos entro en varias ocasiones a la habitación ( eso que estaba el cartel de no molestar ) y aún viendo que estábamos ahí entro hasta casi el baño donde mi hija se estaba duchando y ni un perdón .
En recepción nos recibió una chica mayor que parecía que le habíamos molestado por llegar la verdad de los peores hoteles que he probado , el servicio fatal y la habitación pequeña y sucia , no vuelvo ni regalado , me llevo una gran decepción , no lo recomiendo para nada
