Eine Gruppe 7 Personen buchen das Hotel, sie senden eine Offerte statt Bestätigung auf Französisch. Leider habe es ein Verständigungsproblem Problem. Wir hatten keine Anfrage gesendet sondern eine Buchung und sie retournieren es und fragen nicht mehr nach. Die Gruppe stand da, Zimmer nicht verfügbar. Nun fragten wir ob wenigsten das Handgepäck für 5 Std parkieren könnten. Nein kein Platz. Was für ein Top Service. Franzosen halt wie man sie kennt.

It is an excellent hotel everything was perfect. We ate an extraordinary breakfast and the room was marvelous. We ask for an upgrade and they gave us one for a small amount it was a beautiful room with a view of the city. The staff was very helpful and nice. We had a really great experience there, right in the center of the city.

I was charged a night here that I did not stay due to a flight cancellation. The cheapskates would not refund the night and held onto my money. The rooms were horribly tiny as well, not resembling the 0.5x zoom photos online.

Rooms were nice but a bit more daylight might have been good. Very nice location and desk service. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not take it.
