Never again - we paid for a biggie room with terrace - terrace was small and next thing the room next door opened their door and we are sharing - just two chairs !!! they have forgotten they are a hotel not a bar and look at me hang out - little room service - in fact none and bottles and leftovers from rooms staying out in the hallway for 2 days !! Location is good but lots of people on laptops hanging around taking selfies ??? Bar that they say is iconic was not opened - on the positive side the restaurant, food and staff were great but I’m sorry Hoxton won’t see us again as a hotel guest - anywhere

I went with the roomy terrace and the terrace had the room next doors windows looking right at us. And the pictures for the roomy terrace were 100% different which is aggravating because there are only 2 roomy terraces at the property. Redo the pictures!

Hotel was otherwise great, was there during Roland Garros and it was a great crowd and energy.

Très bel endroit au charme et à l’ambiance apaisants et enchanteurs en plein Paris. On oublie la ville, on respire la quiétude et le feutré du lieu. Un spécial merci à Ariane dont le sourire et la sollicitude s’inscrivent parfaitement dans cet univers☺️

Nous avons super bien été accueilli par le sourire d’Ariane. Nous avons mangé des gnocchis à la truffe accompagné par le cocktail velvet lime (que je recommande fortement).
Mis à part que la cuisine était superbe, nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison.
Nous remercions beaucoup la serveuse qui a rendu ce moment très chaleureux.
Le cadre était super, et l’ambiance apaisante.

We had a very disappointing stay at The Hoxton Paris and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or romantic hotel experience in the city.

First and foremost, the hotel doubles as a club on weekends, something that’s not made clear at booking. We arrived around midnight on Friday, tired from our journey, only to be told we had to queue with club guests in a small, hot, and very loud room just to get a drink at the bar. The line took 30 minutes, which was the last thing we needed after a long day. When we asked the reception if we could simply order a glass of wine to enjoy in a quieter area outside the club space, we were told we’d have to purchase an entire bottle of champagne. Upon checking in there was someone else asking same question, and they were brought drinks without an issue. After insisting, and waiting 15 more minutes, we were eventually served two glasses of wine.

The room itself left much to be desired. We found someone else’s hair on the telephone, which is extremely off-putting. Despite requesting daily room cleaning (you have to request it each day, it’s not automatic), our room was cleaned only twice during our stay.

On another occasion, we tried to order a morning coffee to the room. Reception initially told us they didn’t offer room service for coffee and handed us instant coffee sachets instead. But as we were returning to our room, we saw a neighbour receiving coffee via room service. When we requested the same, the order never arrived. After an hour of waiting, we followed up — only to be told it had been delivered to the wrong room.

Overall, the staff were unhelpful, disorganized, and the whole hotel experience felt chaotic due to the club atmosphere. Waiting in long lines for a drink in your own hotel, not being able to get a simple coffee, and having your room forgotten for cleaning is not what you expect from a supposed boutique hotel in Paris.

I've stayed in many lovely, clean, and romantic hotels in Paris — this unfortunately is not one of them.

Superbe expérience au Hoxton Paris ! L’hôtel est magnifique, entre charme historique et déco moderne. Gros coup de cœur pour le restaurant Rivié : cadre élégant, plats délicieux et service au top. Un grand merci à Ariane, notre serveuse, pour son sourire et son professionnalisme. Une adresse à ne pas manquer à Paris !

Excellent hotel, located in a nice part of Paris. Walking distance from the Louvre. I walked to the Louvre from my hotel. There are two metrostations close by. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood that I really loved. The interior of the hotel is vintage chic, very stylish. The staff was very friendly and the room was amazing! Very soft bed and beautiful bathroom. Thank you so much Hoxton! See you again.

Paris is the city of Lights. There are none in the rooms. Hallways are dirty. The ownership should invest money in the physical plant. Reception employees are nice and not at fault. There are hundreds of better alternatives. Consider them first.

Dîner entre amis au restaurant du Hoxton, tout s’est très bien déroulé les plats étaient très bon et sont arrivé assez rapidement. Un grand merci à Lyna, notre serveuse, pour son sourire tout au long du repas et la belle discussion que nous avons eue. Une expérience conviviale que nous avons beaucoup appréciée ! En ce qui concerne les prix, ils reflètent totalement la qualité des produits.|Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment ! Le repas était délicieux du début à la fin, et le service était vraiment au top. Un grand merci à Dorian, notre serveur, qui s’est montré à la fois professionnel, chaleureux et très attentionné. Il s’est battu pour que nous puissions profiter de notre dessert en terrasse malgré l’affluence, et grâce à lui, nous avons terminé ce beau repas dans les meilleures conditions. Une attention qui mérite d’être saluée ! Merci encore Dorian pour ta gentillesse et ton énergie, tu as largement contribué à rendre notre soirée mémorable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Habitué des lieux, je suis extrêmement déçu ! La réceptionniste chargée de la terrasse (Carla il me semble), visiblement de mauvaise humeur ce jour nous a littéralement mis à la porte alors que nous étions en train de travailler. Je n’ai pas de problème avec le fait de respecter les règles de l’établissement mais la manière de faire est déplorable !

Je suis venue au hoxton boire un verre. J’ai été installée dans le magnifique jardin d’hiver. Nous avons été servis par une serveuse adorable du nom d’ Arianne très serviable et souriante. Je vous conseille le peach splach un délicieux coktails!
Nous avons passé un super moment!

Mon QG sur Paris. N'a rien perdu de sa chaleur et de son authenticité année après année. Personnel toujours au top. Je n'évoque jamais mon petit refuge pour le garder pour moi mais très satisfaite des moments qu'on y a passé avec mes proches dernièrement, Ravie d'encourager cette constance.

Elegant, trendy and comfortable hotel in the center of Paris that is walkable Or a short metro trip to most of the tourist destinations you'll want to see, but in a local neighborhood. The Staff of this hotel really makes it shine. My second trip.

Encore un super brunch chez The Hoxton ! La nourriture est toujours aussi bonne, fidèle à la qualité qu’on adore ici. On était un groupe de 9 et tout s’est super bien passé, merci à Mewen pour sa patience et son attention du début à la fin. Il a pris le temps avec nous et a vraiment assuré. En tant qu’habitués, on recommande les yeux fermés.

This is simply one of the best places to stay or hangout in Paris. Very convenient for anyone looking for a space to work as well. The bar area was very welcoming for anyone on a laptop, beats going to Starbucks or Regus for me personally. The courtyard is the best part of the hotel, as it also allowed me to host local friends who need to chain-smoke.

We came to the Hoxton for a cocktail drink after a long day of walking. The inside area is very cosy and outside patio relaxing. The cherry on the cake (or the cocktail) was the friendliness and professionalism of the waiter who prepared our drinks - Marin was his name, he made us some custom drinks based on a few hints and gave us a refreshing and fun experience! - thank you Marin :)

Étant chef de cuisine, j’ai vraiment apprécié notre repas et en particularité le service de Gustavo un vrai professionnel de la restauration

Excellent dejeuner aujourd hui . Une equipe au top et un accueil tres convivial et professionnel de Victor au restaurant. Merci a toute l equipe pour cet agreable moment!

3* quality rooms. Very loud. People talk through the hallways without consideration for the other guests. Very cool restaurant and bar. I would not recommend the hotel for anyone without earplugs.

This is by far my favorite hotel in the World! And trust me I travel a lot! Stayed for 9 days. Amazing location in the heart of Paris! A walking distance from everything, rooms are super nice, breakfast is beyond amazing, staff are super nice! The hotel has one of the nicest brunch/cafe in Paris - I didnt want to leave.
