The hotel is just price/performance hotel. Lovely location, lovely suite room, staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The basic problem is that the windows are too old and thin that all the noise of the street is inside the room so it's hard to sleep without earplugs. I thinks this needs to be renovated. Also because of the old windows the wind was coming inside the room. These are the things to be improved. Anyways we loved the place and definitely will be back again.

A very convenient place to stay, a walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. A friendly and helpful staff is at their best..

I had an exceptional experience with this hotel from the time I booked it until I checked out. They were friendly, attentive and great at communicating with me prior and during my visit. My every need was met, and the location couldn't have been better! I can only hope to stay there again if I ever make it back to Paris.

Propre. consultez la page de l'hôtel avant de réserver via un autre site.
Pas de buffet pour le petit-déjeuner, c'est un panier reéservable la veille qui est proposé (pas d'œufs au bacon!). Il y a des chambres avec cuisine.

Chambre très bruyante à cause de la rue passante, mal insonorisée. Literie pas confortable (un creux au milieu du lit) et espace limité dans la chambre.

ETABLISSEMENT BIEN SITUÉ ET PERSONNEL ACCUEILLANT. .Mention spéciale à Régis et Farah qui ne ménagent aucun effort à trouver des solutions à votre réservation. En revanche, il faut revoir les appareils de communication des chambres vers la réception.

Typical and compact hotel room as in Paris hotels. We stayed in the junior suite for 2 nights. It recently renovated, the scent of the hotel room is relaxing when you entered it. Kitchen facility, cutlery was good and clean. 10 to 20 mins of walking distance to main Paris landmark like Effiel tower, Arc de Triomphe, 15 mins bus ride to Louvre Museum. And 2 mins walking distance for restaurants and 5 mins to groceries store (which close at 11:00pm), so hassle free for foods and necessities. They have 3 mins walk car park which is okay. No doggy things in terms of security near the hotel areas. Taxi stand and side road in front of the hotel entrance, which is convenience when you want to load in and out your kids and luggage. Breakfast will deliver to your room as well, so people who wants make up could save some extra bedding time and no need to go to restaurant for breakfast. Friendly staff from Regis whom helped us to retrieved my son’s cap before it long lost in Paris. Luckily, we stayed during Easter holiday, the hotel provide Easter eggs hunt inside the room, the kids love it. Thank you for the decent and fun treats.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt, um die Osterferien in Paris zu verbringen. Die Bewertungen waren gut und ich wollte auch meine eigene Erfahrung teilen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr klar und freundlich. Der Parkplatz ist ca. 3–4 Minuten entfernt, aber das ist in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind praktisch durchdacht, allerdings sehr klein – man hat versucht, zu viele Dinge in den Raum zu packen, was ihn etwas beengt wirken lässt. Für Familien mit zwei Kindern wäre es besser, entweder zwei Zimmer zu buchen oder ein anderes Hotel zu wählen. Die Lage war jedoch fantastisch – wir konnten alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen und brauchten weder Metro noch Bus. Der Triomph 12strassen war nur 3 Minuten entfernt, gleich um die Ecke. Ich kann dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen

4 gece iki ayrı odada kaldık ilk odanın kliması çalışmıyordu dışardan çok gürültü geliyordu. İkinci oda duş yeri hareket edemeyecek kadar küçüktü ve televizyonu telefondan kontrol etmek zorundasınız. Genel olarak da internet sorunu vardı

Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter. Le personnel est compétant et souriant (merci Dimitri et Régis!) Très bien situé, propre et les finitions sont soignés.

I stayed at the Suites & Hotel Helzear Etoile with my family. The location is amazing, rooms were cosy and well decorated with full amenities. Considering the area and the prices in Paris, this is good value for money. The staff were very kind, always happy to help. I fully recommend this hotel. Prices at the website were lower than at booking.
