We were looking forward to dining here, expecting a refined experience given the restaurant’s Michelin rating — but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations.

We made our reservation through TheFork, which didn’t allow us to indicate that we are vegetarian and vegan. Upon arrival, the server mentioned they could have prepared alternatives if they had known in advance, but the only suggestion offered was ravioli — not a balanced or thoughtful option, and lacking any plant-based protein. The courses we received were mostly just vegetables, with little variety or creativity.

Service felt impersonal. Although staff did ask how the food was, it seemed more like a formality — we didn’t feel there was genuine interest in our experience or feedback.

The overall comfort was also lacking: it was quite warm inside, the chairs were heavy and uncomfortable, and the table was cramped — making it difficult to get in and out or sit comfortably throughout the meal.

We were also charged €9 for a disappointing cup of tea, and there was no clear communication about extra charges for water or soda — which are often included in a set menu at restaurants of this caliber.

While a few dishes were pleasant, the overall experience felt lacking — in flavor, comfort, and hospitality. Sadly, it didn’t live up to the expectations or the price.

Lovely experience at the restaurant. The food was amazing with its colour and textures. The asparagus was the best bit in my opinion, soft and soaked with flavour. The curious thing for me is the portion of mashed potatoes with 2 flavours in relation to other parts of the dish with fish. The amount of potatoes added up out balanced the rest a bit. But in general, the 4 courses were amazing. If you picked a counter seat, you get to see the chefs preparing food. Yet you don’t get to choose the type of customers around you that may affect your culinary experience.

Ein kleines aber sehr feines Gourmetlokal. Man muss eben nicht in einem Palast dinieren, um in Paris gut zu essen. Hier ist alles etwas enger und wer am Tresen sitzt, kann die Zubereitung seiner Speisen beobachten und dabei das ein oder andere Wort mit den Köchen wechseln. Die Qualität war über jeden Zweifel erhaben, das vielberühmte Karfiol-Gericht ist wirklich eine Offenbarung. Kleinere Wackler im Service finde ich unkritisch, solange das Personal sich wirklich schnell und freundlich bemüht, die kleinen Fehler wieder auszubügeln. Das alles zu wirklich vertretbaren Preisen.

Menu déjeuner parfait du début à la fin.
Mention particulière pour le chou en crème et en morceaux avec son huile et son sel de Vanille de Madagascar qui était délicieux. La qualité du service est par ailleurs à souligner : il est remarquable. L’étoile est amplement méritée !
