My wife and I had a show at l'Opéra that supposed to finish at 10pm. I have spent a few days looking for nearby restaurants which would be open after our show. I was inspired by Bissac's menu and by the fact that the website allows to make a reservation up to 22.30. Our reservation was for 22.15 and was confirmed by the restaurant. We arrived there at 22.25 - yes, a bit late, though usually a 15-minute delay is tolerated - to be denied any service: the kitchen was closed and nobody cared to inform us in advance. Saturday night, December 21st, no place to go to and a very big disappointment. I would suggest Bissac to update their website and significantly improve their communication with and respoect for their customers. I will for sure never try again to go to this restaurants: it might be fantastic but this is not how you manage your reservation system and especially not how you treat customers. Pas cool les gars!

Un service impeccable et que dire de la cuisine, l'art de la nourriture à la française avec un cadre magnifique.
Je n'ai pas d'autres mots que venez le tester vous ne serez jamais déçus.

Je recommande +++.
La cuisine est excellente, les plats sont d’une grande qualité et la carte change en fonction des saisons. Le chef est à l’écoute et c’est un passionné de cuisine. Le service est très agréable et le serveur toujours de bonne humeur. J’y suis allée plusieurs fois, on a la possibilité de privatiser une partie du restaurant. Je vous conseille en ce moment les Saint Jacques qui sont exquises!!!

Heerlijk gegeten! Paddestoelen met een perfect gepocheerd eitje en crispy ham, lekkere bietensalade met geitenkaas, hert met heerlijke groenten met lekkere, iets zoetige sherry-vinaigrette, chateaubriand met frietjes en goede, niet te zure mayonaise, parfait glacé met cognacpruimen en schwarzwalder chocoladebol. Attente bediening en prettige ambiance. Een aanrader!
