Der Service war wirklich top – sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! Besonders positiv: Es wurde von sich aus darauf hingewiesen, wenn ein Gericht Schweinefleisch enthält, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auch bei der Bestellung und Auswahl des Essens wurde uns super geholfen.
Die Speisekarte ist leider nicht auf Englisch, was es für manche Gäste etwas schwieriger macht. Außerdem gibt es nur eine kleine Auswahl an Gerichten, und die Toiletten sind recht eng.
Trotzdem: Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Atmosphäre angenehm. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
Dieses Jahr gleiche Zeit waren wir dort. Wir saßen 20 Minuten am Tisch ohne dass jemand uns eine Menükarte brachte oder Wasser.
Der Service war sehr unmotiviert und pampig.
Ich habe nach der Trüffelpasta gefragt, welches letzten Juni auf der Speisekarte war. Er lachte mich aus und sagte nein sowas haben wir nur im Winter.
Mein Partner wollte T Bone Steak essen. Der Kellner sagte das ist viel zu viel für ihn alleine. Ist doch unser Magen oder?
Wir wollten Tapwasser. Er bringt uns Flaschenwasser.
Keine Olivenöl nichts bekommen.
Im ganzen war unser Besuch seeehr enttäuschend und wir werden nicht wieder komme .
Das Klientel: gemischt! Wenn man Pech hat sitzen latishas neben dir und schreien rum und blenden dich mit ihre Blitzer, weil 1 Std. Lang selfies gemacht werden????????
Seul bémol: la musique un peu trop forte.

This is a cool place, food is very good but service not aligned 100% to the elegant style they pretend to transmit.
We ordered a bottle of wine X, the waiter came back with it serving a glass and then taking it back. I thought she was just keeping it to serve each time the glass was getting empty but I realized (when after the first glass no refill was coming) that she misunderstood and she only brought us wine at glass.
At this point I asked about my bottle and I had the confirmation there was no bottle:)
At this point I asked one bottle and it came with the excuses but in the bill I had 1 bottle +2 glasses:).
All the above just to stress that if your concept is elegance (and you've all of it in the food and ambience) the HOW should follow.
Overall a nice experience but with this note that made it a bit mmm ....
Service un peu long, il y a eu une erreur de service entre deux tables.
Mousse au chocolat yummy c'était trooop bon.
The ambiance was chill , especially in the upper room!
FOOD.
- The ingredients are SO fresh and quality is definitely their standard ! We love the pizzas.
- The crust is light and crusty.
- Ingredients of the pizzas are well-chosen and the combinations are very tasty.
- The ingredients are added at the end of crafting the dough , therefore enhancing every flavour!
SERVICE.
Waiters are lovely and very welcoming. They very clearly know what to recommend.
To conclude, QUALITY is what the restaurant looks for. Amazingly gratify for this evening.
