Excelente experiência num italiano moderno, numa Paris do Século XVIII. O restaurante fica numa “Passagem” parisiense de 1799 e onde há muitos cafés e restaurantes. O Stern é um ambiente elegante e de ótimo serviço. A carta de vinhos é grande, mas é cara. Fala-se francês, inglês e italiano. Procure por vinhos de médio preço e que também são bons. A comida é maravilhosa. Como casal, pedimos para compartilhar a entrada e a sobremesa e cada um pediu um prato. Não fizemos a sequência italiana, nem o menu degustação de 120 euros, mas saímos absolutamente satisfeitos. Acompanhou um vinho tinto. Conta de 215 euros, com muito prazer. Recomendo vivamente!

La situation dans le passage des Panoramas est très sympa, le décor accueillant et l’équipe aux petits soins.
Les plats sont excellents de l’amuse-bouche au dessert, sans oublier les différents pains et huile d’olive ????
Tout est réalisé avec précision et générosité !
Nous y avons passé une très bonne soirée et avons hâte de réitérer l’expérience.

You can have mixed reviews about this place, the food is very peculiar but it definitely has great taste.
If I wanted to share one thing that you should not miss, it’s the cappuccino alla bolognese, it is a bottom layer of bolognese sauce with cream that mixes into a variety of exquisite flavors.
You would have to spend your time exploring the ingredients used in the other dishes, I would recommend to just dive in and try out.

Beef Rib Eye and oh my god, everything was amazing!!! Homemade stern pistachio gelato is to die for ! And the service. They are so kind and attentive and knowlegdeable. This place is worth a trip to Paris alone! I’m no Michelin inspector but 3 stars from me, thank you chef Massimiliano and the staff!
