Comme à l'accoutumée, un restaurant agréable, classe et du personnel bienveillant avec la clientèle. Un décor et une atmosphère chaleureuses avec du goût qui viennent compléter la délicieuse cuisine thaï servie rapidement. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant qui saura vous faire passer un moment des plus agréables.

Nous avons passé un super moment chez Bambou.
La jeune femme à l'accueil a été particulièrement aimable et sympathique.
La cuisine délicieuse comme d'habitude.
Le serveur en revanche limite désagréable et s'est même moqué de l'un des convives. Il n'écoutait rien... cette personne n'est pas à la hauteur du reste du restaurant.

It is not worth going out of your way to eat here. We made a 7:00 reservation, arrived at 6:45 to a completely empty restaurant, and they wouldn’t seat us or even serve us a drink in the lobby or terrace while we waited. When we were sat, we were one of only two tables in the whole place, and they sat us right next to the host stand and the outside door. Worst table in the restaurant, and no reason for us to be sat there when the place is empty. Our server was clueless about the food. The food was marginal at best. The soft shell crab was super overcooked with burnt batter. The shrimp entree had way too much breading. The papaya salad was half shredded carrots and had no fish sauce in it at all; it had soy sauce. It was also not spicy and we weren’t asked how spiced we would like it which is the classic way to serve papaya salad. The pad Thai was fine, but it had caramelized onions in it which is weird, inauthentic, and too sweet. This place is riding on its ambiance; it’s all aesthetic and no substance. There were only 4 cocktails on their menu and they couldn’t make us anything else; I’m pretty sure those cocktails were batched out in advance and not fresh made. This food is Thai for white people, and does a disservice to a vibrant culture. I would never go here again. The space is beautiful and the terrace is pretty, but it’s not worth it for unfriendly, inaccurate service and subpar food.

Super restaurant à l'ambiance incroyable. Cependant, les mets ne sont pas incroyable ; Il y a un effort qi est fait sur l'apparence, mais le gout ne suit pas toujours. En termes de spécialité, j'ai déjà gouté mieux et beaucoup beaucoup moins cher. Toutefois, les produits utilisés semblent être de qualité. Je n'ai pas apprécié le boeuf dans le curry massaman, il était trop dur et pas du tout fondant tel qu'on l'attends d'un ragoût.
