If you want an evening focused entirely on truffles and wine, this is your place. Everything- and I mean everything, down to the wines- are oriented to enhancing your truffle experience. First exercise is to smell the 2-3 different truffles and get a sense of how pungently different they are from one another, then to choose that which you want to adorn your pasta, or egg, or whatever you happen to order. It’s fun and tasty and the team welcomed you with passion and a desire for you to love it as much. Oh, and the wines are chateau Peyrassol-as is the restaurant. It works.
