Climatisation à l'arrêt pendant la journée avec fenêtre ouverte et une température extérieure de 28° à notre arrivée le soir.
We reserved two rooms, each for a couple. Unfortunately, the rooms were not only dirty and had an unpleasant smell, but they were also incredibly noisy. There were not enough pillows and blankets provided for the number of people staying.
However, the most significant issue was how the staff treated us, particularly the people accompanying us. The person at the reception desk shouted at them because they couldn't understand French. It was the worst experience we have ever had.
The next time I visit Paris, I would rather sleep on the street than choose this hotel as my only option.
