This place isn’t a hotel—it’s a frozen nightmare! We checked in on January 17th, only to find the radiator in our room completely broken. With temperatures outside at -2°C, it felt like we were abandoned in a freezer instead of being in a place meant for rest and comfort. ||||We were forced to sleep wearing 5 sweaters, 3 pairs of socks, hats, and scarves, huddling together like we were stranded in the wilderness. When we tried to resolve this with reception the next morning, the receptionist, who couldn’t speak a single word of English, used Google Translate to tell us the radiator would be fixed and we’d get an extra duvet. ||||Guess what? Nothing happened. The room got even colder, the radiator remained dead, and no duvet ever arrived. It was like they simply didn’t care if their guests froze to death. ||||When you pay for a hotel, the absolute bare minimum is a warm, safe space to sleep. This place failed so miserably it was almost criminal. Do not stay here unless you want to risk hypothermia! This hotel should be avoided at all costs.

It smelled absolutely awfu of sewage, coming from the shower. We had to leave the window open in November only to be able to return to a relatively okay smelling room. I am not sure how it has such good reviews on Booking? Overall, it was very filthy, had water and mould issues and smelled very bad. Made us feel uncomfortable to be in the room.

Chambres à la proprete douteuse. Pas d'isolation sonore entre les chambres et avec l'exterieur. Literie tres moyenne. Salle de bain peu fonctionnelle avec les sanitaires trempees apres une douche. Le petot dejeuner etait correct et l'acceuil plutot bon.

La ubicación está perfecta tienes a tu alrededor lo necesario y está el metro enfrente. Pero el Hotel como tal.... Ehhhhhh No , muy sucio , la cama olía mal. Les recomiendo que cuando lleguen a este hotel , sacudan sus sabanas y el edredón o cobija, porque no saben con que cosas nos encontramos... Sacudan todo , abran las ventanas para que se " Trate" de orear el mal olor del colchón. También bien incómoda la cama... Huele muy feo el Hotel, Para que lo piensen. Pero la ubicación y demás bien.

Il posto era molto curato, onesto visto il prezzo e anche la posizione era ottima perché letteralmente sopra la metropolitana. Servizio però pessimo, non ci hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani nonostante ce lo promettessero ogni mattina e in più abbiamo avuto anche un disguido con il deposito bagagli... ultimo consiglio: non fate colazione lì! C'è giusto una boulangeriè ottima dietro l'angolo...
