This was, without a doubt, the worst service experience I’ve ever had. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident or a “system problem” as the manager tried to explain.
We reserved a table for 21:00, only to receive an email at 19:00 informing us that our reservation was pushed to 21:45. We tried calling for clarification, but no one answered. Despite this, we decided to stay positive and enjoy our Valentine’s night.
We arrived at 21:40 and waited at the door for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Even then, it felt like we had to negotiate for a table, as if we hadn’t reserved in advance.
After finally being seated, we placed our order. Thirty minutes later, we received our wine – without a menu or price, as if we were buying something trivial. Shortly after, the waiter returned to inform us that our order was lost and they needed to retake it. Again, we tried to remain positive and enjoy the evening. But 30 minutes later, they informed us that they didn’t have the ingredients for part of our order.
To sum up: the food we eventually received was exceptional, but the service was disastrously bad, completely ruining the overall experience. Shockingly, the staff were more attentive and concerned about calming us (and other frustrated customers) than the owners or managers, who seemed indifferent to the chaos.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. The poor service overshadowed the quality of the food.

Comme pour beaucoup d’autre “client”, réservation faite pour ce samedi, arrivé sur place le restaurant était privatisé.
Aucune geste ni aide pour trouver un autre endroit nous a été proposé, serveur et manager dédaigneux, limite moqueur.
Bref je ne re-tenterais pas d’y aller dans le futur

Expérience inexistante!
Ayant réservé pour ce samedi 8 février avec confirmation de la réservation reçue par mail, une fois arrivé devant nous nous sommes vus refuser l’entrée du fait que le restaurant était réservé pour un événement privé.
Aucune prise en charge professionnelle et solution proposée.

Nous avions réservé au restaurant Amagat une semaine à l’avance, réservation confirmée par l’établissement. Mais quelle surprise en arrivant sur place : restaurant privatisé, porte close pour nous, et aucune information préalable ! Aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial, rien.
C’est un manque total de professionnalisme et de respect envers les clients. Comment peut-on accepter une réservation pour ensuite la balayer sans prévenir ? Nous avons dû trouver un autre restaurant en dernière minute, ce qui est totalement inacceptable.
Si vous cherchez un endroit fiable pour dîner, évitez Amagat à tout prix. Une gestion aussi désastreuse ne mérite ni votre temps ni votre argent.

Quant à la carte des vins, elle est inexistante : aucun prix affiché.
C’est vraiment dommage, car la nourriture est excellente et le cadre très agréable. Je n’ai jamais vu un service aussi médiocre.
