Fui recomendado y ha sido un acierto. Hemos tenido un trato maravilloso y hemos disfrutado cada plato que nos hemos pedido. La atención es de 10 y nos aconsejaron a la hora de pedir, y ha sido perfecto. El ambiente inmejorable. Repetiríamos. Añado a mis lugares favoritos.

The service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and every recommendation feels thoughtfully tailored. The food—absolutely phenomenal. Every dish is a masterpiece, from the perfectly balanced appetizers to the show-stopping entrées. The ingredients are clearly top-tier, and the flavors are layered in a way that keeps every bite exciting. And don’t even get me started on the desserts, pure perfection.

Amagat est l’un de ces endroits que l’on aimerait garder secret. Niché dans une ruelle discrète de Paris, ce lieu fait rayonner la cuisine catalane avec authenticité et caractère. Une grande partie de son essence vient du chef David Reartes, un passionné qui n’a jamais cessé de réinventer les saveurs de sa terre natale. Son parcours est marqué par une quête perpétuelle de qualité, un respect absolu du produit et une énergie créative qui transforme chaque assiette en une expérience unique. Son empreinte est toujours là, donnant à Amagat cette atmosphère sincère, sans artifices, mais pleine d’âme.

As a Spaniard, Amagat is my favorite restaurant in Paris. I honestly feel at home here. The team, the new chef, everything it’s just incredible!!!!! It’s the kind of place I’d come back to every single week.
