We went on three different trips with them, a coincidence that we ended up with the same driver all 3 times (we were told they have 10 drivers).
Nicolas was amazing, very friendly and very skilled driver, specially in the madhouse streets of Paris. He provided bits of information on some of the locations we would pass by on our way to our destination and we were always picked up on time. And he speaks French, Spanish and English. I think most of their drivers speak all 3 languages.
This is actually my second time taking a trip with them. Last time it was to Mont St Michel, and it was great.
This time we went to Vigerny - Monet’s house, Loire Valley Castles, Mont St Michel. Totally worth it. I think next time we come over we might do Burges and Champagne.
I don’t know why the bad reviews on the trips close to Paris though, all my trips were outside since those are the hardest places to get to on your own.
Just want to say if you want to see some amazing locations outside of Paris, and don’t want the hassle of renting a car or trying to get there on your own, this is the place for you.

Pas bien. They sent a van instead of scheduled bus, rescheduled a trip w/out speaking to us. And trying to get a refund or customer service, bah...
