They would not seat us on the patio due to weather. The indoor seats were small and very uncomfortable. The waiter was a bit brusk. The food was not memorable. I was disappointed.

This is the slowest service I have ever received in my life. I was trapped at a table with dirty dishes for at least 45 minutes. It took a lifetime to receive the food. There were items on our check that we did not order that we were charged for. The Truffle ravioli was three raviolis, drowning in milk sauce. The server was very polite and lovely, but obviously he was overwhelmed with 500 tables. For the price that we paid for lunch, we would expect much much more.

I accidentally made a reservation for the evening instead of the morning, but the staff at Café Marly were incredibly kind and managed to accommodate me right away when I showed up. The location is stunning, the service was great, and the breakfast was delicious. A memorable experience in Paris!

This a lovely place I like to go even if the drinks are quite pricey, the view has some magic. But, I find it a bit rude when you are four persons having a drink and if one of them has drank all his wine that the glass be removed while the three others have not. I get the tactic behind this but it’s has not the elegance that the setting commands . And you feel after an hour you’re being pushed out.

Le Café Marly is an absolute gem!
The atmosphere is beautiful and elegant, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food is both delicious and beautifully presented.

A special thank you to Axel for his outstanding service and kind attitude – he truly made our experience even better. We highly recommend this café to anyone looking for a great dining experience in a charming setting!

We came here for the beautiful view of the Louvre but we’re a little disappointed that smoking was allowed outside, as we requested to sit on the patio. We know that smoking is part of the culture in Paris but we were hoping it wouldn’t be allowed at a fine dining establishment at the Louvre. We sat inside and they gave us a table that had a little bit of a view of the pyramid, so that was nice. Overall, the food was great and we enjoyed the experience. I had mentioned we were celebrating my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary and they brought out the dessert with a candle. It was a nice touch!

Es war in jeder Beziehung perfekt : sehr leckeres Essen, professioneller, ausgesprochen freundlicher Service, wunderbarer Blick auf die Louvre-Pyramide, schönes Ambiente in diesem hervorragenden Restaurant unter den Arkaden. Absolut empfehlenswert! Danke an das ganze Team, bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Paris kommen wir bestimmt wieder !

Lovely place, food very good. We had pre booked which was a blessing as they were turning people away.
We had to ask twice for some ice.
Sadly one of waiters had bad body odour and every time he walked past it was awful.
The toilets were not clean at all.
Also it says your table is allocated to you for 2 hours, we hadn’t finished our drinks but because we didn’t choose to order anything else, we were given the bill without asking for it and then our waiter appeared with the card machine for payment. We felt we were being pushed out after 45mins.
Not sure I’d book again ????
