Espectacular! Estuve una semana y el hotel no pudo ser mejor. La locación es perfecta, las habitaciones lindas y cómodas y llenas de amenities. El personal siempre con una sonrisa. Felicitaciones. Voy a volver siempre!!!

Personnel au petit soins avec nous. Toujours avenant vis à vis du fauteuil roulant.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A HOTEL! LEFT IMMEDIATELY. DONT LISTEN TO GOOD REVIEWS.
PICTURES IN SITE ARE MISLEADING:
Dirty, smells bad, beds looks straight out of a hospital horror film. Carpet was filthy, bodily fluids on bathroom and floor. Run down walls, furniture, room was anxiety inducing. Cardboard pillows.
CONCIERGE WAS SO RUDE:
The concierge lady was SO rude (as though she was in a rush). My family and I have been traveling all over Europe. She mocked the quantity of bags we had.
LUGGAGE NOT ALLOWED UPSTAIRS / NOT ACCESIBLE FOR LUGGAGE OR THE HANDICAPPED:
They weren’t allowing of our bags upstairs. We were 3 people (2 bags each). Our valuables and medicine were in between all luggage so all had to go upstairs.
Yes, there is an elevator but stairs within the halls, so impossible to move luggage seamlessly or if in a wheelchair.
DONT BE DECEIVED BY THE NICE LOBBY. HORRIBLE HOTEL.

Un super séjour dans ce bel hôtel qui est dans le quartier idéal pour visiter paris et déambuler dans les rues possédant de belles boutiques. Nous avons bénéficié d’une chambre avec terrasse, c’était magnifique ! L’hôtel est propre et accueillant. Merci à Benedicte & Alain d’avoir rendu notre séjour formidable ????
