A beautiful hotel in the heart of Paris near many attractions and great shopping! You can walk to anything. At checkin, was told my room wasn't ready and we could pay $50 euros a day to upgrade. Seemed like a bait and switch. This was our first time in Europe. Then we are given our room key on the first floor and pointed in a direction. We thought the first floor was on the ground level but the first floor is up one level. Lesson learned! The two gray cats are so soft and welcoming but the front concierge is not. The daily breakfast buffet is a highlight! Great selections and delicious food!! Our driver to the airport was furious when the bellhop did not help load our luggage in to the vehicle to return to the airport. Not the service we expected! Train your employees to be better and you will have a 5-star hotel.

Localización perfecta. Fácil acceso a muchos sitios andando. A destacar el personal. Muy amable, muy profesionales. Instalaciones limpias y cómodas.
Además el día de la mujer nos regalaron una rosa, muy detallistas!!

Está extremadamente bien ubicado, sobre todo para un primer viaje a París. El Louvre, Jardín de las Tullerías, Museo de Orsay, Plaza Vendome y muchos otros lugares típicos están a una distancia caminable. A pesar de estar en un lugar tan central, las habitaciones tienen muy buena aislación del ruido, así que nos fue posible descansar bien aun cuando la ventana daba a la calle. La decoración del hotel es hermosa, muy parisina, y a pesar de que nuestra habitación no era muy grande, se sentía lo suficientemente espaciosa para una estancia de 3 noches. Nos encantó que el WC estuviera en una habitación separada de la tina/ducha.

Algo que podría causar dificultades es el tamaño del ascensor. Es extremadamente pequeño, por lo cual sólo caben dos personas al mismo tiempo con su equipaje de mano. No obstante, el personal está siempre dispuesto a ayudar con el traslado de las maletas.

El personal es muy amable y atento, el check in y check out fue fácil y expedito y el desayuno estilo buffet era de muy buena calidad, perfecto para comenzar el día. Definitivamente volveríamos.
