I booked the Club Room for 3 nights for a solo stay. I had a wonderful stay and the simple attention to details within the room was well noted such as having a sensor light in the washroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. They responded to my email within 24 hours and also did a pre-survey to ensure i would have everything i needed upon arrival (i didn't ask for anything additional). I do note that the shower is open to the rest of the room so if you're traveling as a couple you will be a on full display. There is a blackout blind for the skylight window - 2 sets of blinds operated by 2 different remotes. It's not completely blackout in the mornings and you get a lot of lovely natural light. The location was fantastic to walk to some attractions such as the Louvre. The neighborhood was noisy late into Saturday night but was quiet in the evenings onwards. There is currently civil work happening (in Apr/May 2025) nearby that contributed to some morning noise. Earplugs would do the trick if you plan on sleeping in. I utilized their sauna and steam room on multiple occasions. All in all, I had a great stay and would recommend.

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The only downside was a bit of morning noise from construction. However, the staff was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced, they had great amenities and amazing room size for a hotel with this perfect of a location. Absolute no brainer to book your stay here.

Great location, everything in a walking distance especially if you like to walk. Clean. Helpful staff. Nothing to complain about. I asked for a quite room and was accommodated: my room faced interior yard and was very quite.
