Incredible French hotel, that still feels French. The staff is amazingly kind and helpful, location is the best and the views unforgettable. WIsh rooms were a bit larger though.

I have stayed at the Hotel Brighton approximately 5 times in the last 20 years and have never experienced such an unfriendly and unwelcoming staff such as the female at the front desk in the morning and afternoon on this trip.||She definitely does not represent this hotel in a positive manner.||This is my last stay and I’m sure I’m not the only customer who has left this establishment because of this negative employee.||She definitely should Not be working in Customer Service!!!

Disappointing for sure. The staff is not at all friendly and there were a lot of issues. They couldn’t accommodate anything simple. It wasn’t worth the money. They make you feel like you are bothering them if you need something. Generally I would not stay here
