HÔTEL BRIGHTON ^{* * * *}

A+++! Location was perfect - walkable to the Louvre and many other destinations within Paris. Very easy to get around if you wanted to take the Metro or boats on the Senne. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and beds were updated yet still quaint. Had a gorgeous view of the Louvre and Eiffel tower from our room. Definitely recommend!

Other than the location, there's not much I can recommend. At the very least, it is definitely not worth the price. The rooms are quite outdated. I mean, which hotel room nowadays doesn’t have USB or Type-C ports?||If you're charging this much, you should at least provide basic necessities. For example, there should be a toothbrush, a comb, etc., in the bathroom. Offering the comfort of a 3-star hotel while charging 5-star prices is simply unethical. I exclude the staff from this criticism—they're all trying to do their jobs well.||The breakfast room is so small that it’s impossible for all guests to fit. You’ll likely have to share a table with strangers.||While it wasn’t my room, the one next door had construction workers right outside its courtyard-facing window. Imagine coming to Paris for a romantic getaway and ending up face to face with construction workers. Horrible!||In summary, I do not recommend this place. For this price, you can find much more modern and spacious options.||-------------------------------||Aparte de la ubicación, no hay mucho que pueda recomendar. Por ejemplo, un cepillo de dientes, un peine, etc., en el baño. Ofrecer la comodidad de un hotel de 3 estrellas y cobrar como si fuera de 5 estrellas no es ético. Excluyo al personal de esta crítica; todos hacen lo mejor que pueden.||La sala del desayuno es tan pequeña que es imposible que entren todos los huéspedes. Probablemente tendrás que compartir mesa con desconocidos.||No era mi habitación, pero la habitación de al lado tenía obreros trabajando justo frente a la ventana que da al patio. Vienes a París para una escapada romántica y terminas cara a cara con trabajadores de construcción. ¡Horrible!||En resumen, no lo recomiendo. Por este precio, se pueden encontrar lugares mucho más modernos y amplios.

Best rooms, views are on the 2nd &3rd floor, 1st and lower floors are with pure view and weak conditioning. Breakfast is super, location is amazing if you love walking. Had a great time!

Disgracefull service. We stayed 4 nights.|When checking we alerted the front desk we were not happy with room ,as all we looked out to was construction scaffolding.Picture attached.|The front desk was very rude and refused to listen to or concerns we paid over $900 per night!!There response we are fully booked and there was no Manager to help. They blamed Our booking site.Yet they neither imformed us or booking site of construction works.We booked the hotel 4 months ago and no stage did they comunicate construction at any stage. The constuction started from 8AM!!! right outside our window.Again the reception said they were fully booked and we were told contact bolking agent.|We stayed in room and chose not to let there attitude ruin our special anniversary.|Upon checking out we ask for themorganize transport to airport,which we were told the day previous it would take 15minutes.The front desk said there were no taxis or Ubers due to strike,and said to catch Metro train.|This was totally untrue as we organized Uber from foyer of Hotel,it picked within 2minutes and took directly to airport.|This hotel is only 2 STAR at best!!!!!|Really poor service and attitude overall|

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
The hotel had construction work right outside our window and front desk blamed ourbooking agent. Yet we booked 4 months ago and at no point did Hotel disclose.We paid over $900 per night.Really poor service avoid on 2 STAR HOTEL at best
