This hotel is perfect for couples. Our room was bigger than expected, the staff was very friendly and greeted us with champagne upon our arrival. They had great restaurant recommendations and were always happy to see us. The hotel is located in a great part of town: we felt very safe and we were only a short walk to the train. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely stay here again.

A fantastic hotel with charm and style. The staff deserves special mention: they are extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay at the beginning of May '25 was very pleasant. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary in Paris, staying at Hotel Mansart. Staying at the hotel was such a lovely experience. Nuntida gave excellent service starting at our arrival through our departure. She was so welcoming and helpful, walking us outside and showing us her favorite pastry shops when we first arrived. She ensured our suite was cleaned immediately after the prior guest departed and called us when the room was ready. She walked us through the suite and showed us all of the amenities. We had the best service all week. On our last day when we were leaving and couldn’t get an uber due to strikes, she personally called a couple taxi companies and found one that would pick us up, and called it again with a status update a few moments later. I had food poisoning, and she gave me an herbal oil that helped me get through my travels. The location was also superb, safe and high end. We’ll be back!

We stayed at the Hotel Mansart for four nights before Easter. We enjoyed our stay so much because of the people who work in this hotel! From the very first day that we checked in, Nuntida checked us in with such caring, enthusiasm that helped us feel so welcome. Our room was everything we expected it to be.| The next day at breakfast, we met Cardi who worked so hard to get everyone their orders, plus refresh the buffet. The food was delicious and plentiful!| Over the next few days, we met Lara and Marine at the front desk. They were so friendly and helpful. There was another girl, who I forgot to get her name, but we appreciated how she helped us find our restaurant that kept coming up as a shoe repair shop.| Finally, this hotel is in a great location for very easy access to many wonderful things to do in Paris.

We just finished our stay here and would highly recommend Hotel Mansart! The staff is so lovely and took excellent care of us during our stay. The location is perfect, it’s centrally-located and within walking distance to a lot of sites. The accommodations are clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

The staff was outstanding and the room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast served every morning was fresh and delicious! Loved everything about the hotel! Also loved that the hotel was walking distance to many sites, museums, and restaurants. I would highly recommend the Hotel Mansart.

Wenn Ihr es wirklich geschmackvoll, komfortabel und sehr freundlich haben wollt, dann lasst Euch dort so richtig verwöhnen!
Bei persönlichen Problemen hilft man dort sofort weiter. Mit Großzügigkeit und Entgegenkommen werden Schwierigkeiten
angegangen.

This was a wonderful location and the staff were super helpful. Nuntida was very professional and helped with the check in. She made the stay very comfortable with her suggestions and assistance. Lara was also great. I will definitely be back!

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in einer herzigen Nebenstraße, unweit vom Place Vendome und den richtig tollen Einkaufsstraßen. Das Hotel sollte 4 Sterne sein, was es NICHT ist. Der Eingangsteppich ist dreckig -ein schlechter erster Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Unser superior Zimmer war relativ klein, mit einem herzigen Balkon. Der schwarzgrau gestreifte Teppich dürfte schon länger keine richtige Reinigung gesehen haben. Das Bad ist klein, hat keinerlei Ablageflächen für Necessaire oder irgendetwas. Die Dusche im|Bad ist nur über den Badewannerand zu erreichen. Die Halterung für Duschgel und die für den Spiegel waren defekt -der Spiegel hielt grad mal noch …..|Das Frühstück ist okay, die Auswahl und das Angebot frisch und gut. Der Platz für alle Gäste ist zu klein und bei Gästewechsel werden nur schnell die Bro Samen mit den gebrauchten Servietten von den Tischen geputzt, ansonsten keinerlei Hygiene ….|Das Personal der Reception ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das übrige Personal recht wortkarg und eher abweisend. |Alles in Allem: ein kleines herziges Hotel an guter Lage, nett aber nicht 4-Stern !|Alles in A

We chose again this hotel for our stay in Paris and we liked it even better. The staff was great - the lady at the reception recognised us and was very kind and gave us early check-in. The room was huge and very well decorated. The location of this hotel is the best possible for Paris. Last but not least- as I celebrated my birthday in Paris, the hotel surprised me with a bottle of champagne in the room which was super kind!

Hotel dallo stile classico parigino con Una hall accogliente ed elegante. Abbiamo avuto Una stanza al quarto piano con vista angolare su place vendome!! Colazione eccellente in Una stanza che ti fa sentire in Una storica casa parigina. Il bagno scomodo per poggiare in tre persone I nostri Oggetti personali,ma in reception Sono stati gentilissimi e ci Hanno fornito di un elegante tavolino supplementare.

This is my favorite hotel in the world. I chose Paris snd this hotel as the place to take my 17 year old niece to teach her about the world. The beds are so comfortable, the room so pretty, and it' feels like your are staying in a private residence. Every one of the staff are professional and courteous. One morning after being out very late we walked in to breakfast at noon, not realizing we had slept in so late. We thought we might see if dome fruit might have been left, an hour after closing. Instead we were so kindly taken care of in getting the nearly complete breakfast. That was so unexpected that they managed to still take care of us anyway.

Fantastic little hotel in the heart of Paris.
Walkable to many of the Paris attractions including the Louvre.
The hotel was quiet, the staff extremely friendly and helped book airport transportation.
I should have taken pictures in the room. The rooms are super cute and feel very Victorian. The bathroom was modern and large by European standards.

EDIT: After posting unfavorable reviews, we were contacted by the general manager and were given the refund we had requested.

Reserved the best suite in the hotel for a birthday. Upon arrival, we were told we had been upgraded. The room was not a suite. We were then told we would be reimbursed for their mistake, as the room they provided cost less than the Mansart Suite. We were denied reimbursement (once we were out of the country). Asked for champagne and flowers upon arrival. Not provided.
