A huge scam. I booked a room here for two people and upon check in was told it's only for one person. My company had prepaid my room so I had to pay another $220 at check in for this upgrade. Then upon checkout - since I was paid in full, I left very early for the airport and was chased down (literally the guy ran down the street to my Uber) and claimed I had more charges. I had charged nothing to the room and he couldn't tell me what the charges were for but that I owed more money. I was made to get out of my Uber and go back into the hotel - risking making me late for $25. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVOID.

A great boutique hotel. The rooms are clean and bright. The printed wallpaper not to everyone's taste but the rooms are well designed and have a calming feel. A great breakfast and of course a fantastic location.

Rooms great, location great, staff lacking. I asked to arrange a cab for the train station, they said no problem, they didn't even call a cab until the prearranged pick up time had passed, originally said it would be 10 minutes, then 20, then just made it clear a cab wouldn't be able to make it on time and left us to figure it out. Hotel staff should be able to either arrange a cab at a specific time, or give guests options. Didn't even get an apology, out 300 euros for train tickets and stuck with two kids at the train station for 4 hours due to their incompetence. Nice rooms though, but did have a random used false eyelashes in the shower which was pretty gross.

Edit, your response shows the exact problem, still with no apologies. I asked you to arrange a cab at a certain time, said I had a train and what time it was, I gave ample buffer time, your receptionist said no problem, she failed to arrange it, didn't attempt to order it til after the time we had agreed for it to come, then said it would take longer than we had. My train was missed, out a lot of money, and our day was chaotic due to incompetence.
