The best thing about this hotel is it's location, the second best thing is the lovely lady who manages the daily breakfast. I was initially furious with this hotel as they had "upgraded" our room which meant taking away the room with the larger bathroom, balcony, and view. We had to escalate our concern twice, and after receiving much objection and attitude we were transferred to the actual room we had booked.
The pictures used to market their hotel are deceiving, the rooms look bigger than they are and "exterior" photos are of the surrounding area in Paris, not of the hotel. Many staff members are new and don't know about the other perks the hotel offers such as the petit prince gift reserved for kids staying in the family room.
I was happy with the area around the hotel but for what this hotel cost, I wouldn't stay here again.
