Excellent hotel et surtout abordable au vu de sa situation exceptionnelle ! , en plein coeur du Beau Paris : Louvre , Jardin du Palais Royal , Opéra Garnier , rue St Honoré . La multitude de theatres adjacents tels que La Comédie Francaise , le theatre du Palais Royal ,de la Michodière etc..Un quartier agréable et vivant le jour comme la nuit .La réception est ouverte en continu , le personnel extrèmement gentil et attentif , la literie excellente , l'hotel est également climatisé.PARFAIT ,c'est pour cela , que je m'y suis déja rendu 7 fois.

Hotelzinho bem situado, pitoresco, bom atendimento. Só pé a por ter um elevador minúsculo e portas pesadíssimas dos quartos.

I was in the hotel during the flooding of a room on the second floor and the corridor on the first floor, I want to highlight the professionalism of the receptionist who with his intervention saved the life of the customer under the influence of drugs who had left the tap open. Instead I was shocked by the attitude of a customer with an American accent who went down to the reception and with the pretext of the flooding of her room did not stop threatening the receptionist, asked for an immediate refund, threatened to write a bad review, while another customer with an Italian accent, despite the room being slightly flooded, did not ask for any refund..........

Malheureusement nous avons des travaux à coût de marteau piqueur sous notre fenêtre.
Je dis nous avons car il nous reste encore une nuit à faire et l’établissement nous dit : nous ne pouvons rien faire pour vous.
L’isolation des chambres et d’époque c’est à dire inexistante.
Le côté pratique c’est que nous ne loupons rien des alentours: la nuit bruit dans la rue jusqu’à 1 ou 2h du matin, la matin douche des voisins dès 6h30-7h00???? et des 7h30-8h00 le marteau piqueur dans la rue!
Pour notre chambre triple c’est un décor penché ( grande mais penchée: chambre 2).
Plus de 150€ la nuit pour un 2 étoiles même dans ce quartier ça reste cher quand on ne peut dormir que très peu…
