The rooms are clean and tidy, cafe, metro and shopping center are within walking distance, central location is a great advantage, the staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast is quite sufficient and satisfying

Bien situado.Acogedor.Personal superamable.En cuanto a la habitación: limpia, una cama grande y cómoda, pero el espacio de la habitación es muy escaso, sin cajones y no hay dónde poner dos maletas medianas.El desayuno muy bueno.

Perfect location and nice English speaking staff

We just stayed here 11/3 - 11/10 and it was perfect! The hotel is SUPER cute and is located right in the middle of everything. You can walk so easily to pretty much anything. Metro and bus stops very close by, too. Restaurants, shops, and cafes everywhere. We were in one of the Prestige rooms (their largest) and it was amazing. LOTS of storage space! The large bathroom was awesome, too. Definitely worth the upgrade if you're contemplating it. And to address some of the critics on here--yes, there are a few sex-related shops across from the hotel/on the same street but it's literally not an issue (unless you're easily offended). We never once had any issue with people, noise, and never once felt unsafe in the area of the hotel, no matter what time of night it was. We could hear people outside late at night but it was muted and never once woke us up or kept us up. Overall, we loved the hotel and the staff was super friendly and, not that you should expect it, but they all spoke English as well which helped for the more complex things I couldn't communicate/understand with my French knowledge. The one thing to note is that it is on a pedestrian street so if you're being dropped off/picked up by a taxi or driver with your luggage, it would need to be before 10am for them to pull right up to the hotel. Otherwise, they'd have to drop you off nearby and you'd just have to walk a little bit with your luggage. In summary, I highly recommend the Dandy!

Rue Saint Denis is a little rough, but it’s lovely and unpretentious
