Hotel muito bem localizado. Está bem próximo do metrô Tuileries, Jardim de Tuileries, Musée du Louvre, Ópera Garnier, diversos restaurantes, cafés, supermercado Monoprix, brechós. Atendimento formidável. Fomos muito bem recebidos por todos, muito educados e solícitos, em especial o Monsieur Eric, muito gentil e amável, gostaria de agradecer a ele por todo o carinho conosco e com nosso filho. Ele é uma pessoa muito incrível, como se fosse um grande amigo. Certamente voltaria a me hospedar no Hotel Londres Saint Honoré. Fez nossa viagem ser muito especial. Obrigada a todos.

Очень хороший отель. Замечательная чистота. Невозможно ни к чему придраться, всё очень на высоком уровне. Я не могу поверить, что этот отель всего три звезды. Очень хороший ресепшн и доброжелательный персонал. Вкусные завтраки. Очень удобное расположение. До Лувра идти всего пять минут. Очень тихие номера. Не слышно ни улицу, ни других людей. Такое чувство, что это небольшой семейный отель: всё происходит с большой душой и отдачей. Я настоятельно рекомендую это место всем, кто едет путешествовать в Париж.

The hotel and the management were both terrible.||I did not realize that there were many stairs (even with the elevator you will have to navigate stairs). However, not the hotel's fault and the gentleman at the reception desk helped me with my luggages. (See pictures attached) ||After I settled down in the room (very small and only one small window), I was ready to take a shower at 10 pm, only to find out that there was just lukewarm water and low water pressure. I went downstairs to get the reception clerk to come up to the room. There was no apology whatsoever about the fact that there was no hot water. There was no other room I could move to. ||I asked him to call the manager (who was not there, and also no apology) who said he would refund me 2 out of the 3 nights stay even though I was going to check out that night so I could check into another hotel, Normandy Le Chantier (which was very nice, not that much more expensive and had hot water and good water pressure).||Laurent the manager’s response:||“Bonjour, |Our hotel is an old 17th-century house.|The shower water may not have been hot and powerful enough for your liking. “||I recommend not staying in this hotel if: ||1) you don't want to risk your chance of not being able to take a hot shower ||2) having the need to deal with unprofessional management.

50年前にまだ二十歳の時１０日間お世話になりました。
まだ１階は日本の焼き鳥やさんでした。名前も少し変わりましたが最上階の天井が斜めの一番安い６０フランの部屋でしたシャワーさえ有ればいいと思って決めました。掃除をしてくれる若い中国人と友達になりSEIKOの目覚ましを上げたの覚えています。
朝は鐘のの音でいつも起きてました。青春でした

We booked four nights but decided to leave for anywhere else after 10 minutes. The entrance to the hotel is teeny tiny - even by Paris standards. The staircase is a hard to navigate due to size and pitch. The elevator opens directly onto the staircase. The single front desk employee seemed less than enthused to help us, offered no help directing us to the room or with our bags. Once we got to the room, we found suspect linens on the beds and decided to cancel. The employee didn't even ask why we felt we needed to go... which seems on brand. Fantastic location, but not worth it. Cannot recommend.

Es un hotelito antiguo y está muy bien para sus estrellas y precio.
El personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones son correctas y están limpias.
Hay infusiones y café disponible en la habitación.
La ubicación es inmejorable y muy bien comunicada.
La única pega es el ascensor que es muy pequeño y para entre plantas en medio de una escalera. Muy complicado para personas con dificultades, niños pequeños, y maletas grandes o pesadas.

I am so pleased that I stayed at this hotel. The location is perfect. The service in the hotel is more than 5 stars. It's also very clean and quiet. Every night, I've had a great sleep like a baby. Special thanks to Laurent for understanding my situation and supporting me in keeping my reservation.

Propriétaire très sympa . Hôtel typiquement parisien .|Escalier étroit mais ascenseur. Chambre à la parisienne .|Aération salle de bains pas terrible.|Emplacement top.|Proximité du Louvre. Juste à côté se l’église rue saint rauch.|Par contre la façade de l’hôtel n’est pas visible de l’extérieur.

Ho soggiornato per tre notti in questo delizioso albergo. Le stanze sono piccole come la maggior parte degli alberghi in centro a Parigi ma per me la cosa importante era la posizione e la pulizia, due cose che in questo hotel ho trovato. Il personale (come tutti i francesi) non parla italiano ma è molto cordiale e disponibile, ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli sia il giorno dell'arrivo che il giorno della partenza. La stanza era molto pulita e ordinata. La posizione spettacolare, penso il top per il rapporto qualità/posizione/prezzo. Ci tornerei volentieri.

1 étoile pour l’emplacement et la gentillesse du réceptionniste.|Le reste : chambre vieillotte, salle de bains tellement petite qu’on peut prendre sa douche, se laver les dents et aller aux toilettes en même temps. Faut avoir des petites valises, et un bon sens de l’équilibre pour monter les marches. Très vieux et pas très frais. À éviter.

L'endroit parfait pour notre séjour à Paris. Nous avons eu la chance d'être accueillies par Eric, super sympathique et toujours avec de précieux conseils pour profiter la ville. Il sait même parler créole ! Si vous êtes des caraïbes, n'hésitez pas et allez chez lui les yeux fermés. Les chambres sont propres. L'hôtel est super bien situé ! Nous reviendrons !

Paris was our last stop for a group of friends travelling Europe. We were met with the smiling Eric on arrival at reception, who warmly greeted us and gave us an overview of the history of the Saint-Honore, which was fab! All staff that we encountered on reception during our stay were great too. Steep staircase, so if you aren’t that mobile, not the spot for you. Hôtel is perfectly situated at the heart of the city, easy walking distance to many attractions, cafes, restaurants and tourist stops / metro lines. Room was a twin, beds were comfy and amenities basic but did the job. Would stay again, especially with Eric’s helpful info about what to do, how to stay safe and tips and tricks from a Paris local!

I recently stayed at Hotel Londres Saint-Honoré in Paris on May 28, 2024, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Upon entering my room, I was shocked by the unhygienic conditions. The sheets and pillows were stained, and to make matters worse, I found bugs in the sink. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness.||When I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel manager, he claimed to have checked the room before my arrival. However, when I showed him the photos I had taken, he simply responded with an indifferent "oh, yeah," indicating that the room had not been inspected as he claimed.||This lack of attention to cleanliness and customer service forced me to leave the hotel immediately and book a room elsewhere. I ended up staying at Hotel De L'Arcade, which was a much more pleasant experience.||I would not recommend Hotel Londres Saint-Honoré to anyone. There are many other options in Paris that offer far better value for your money. Avoid this hotel if you expect even basic levels of cleanliness and customer service.

This is my second visit to this lovely little hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful-Eric gave us suggestions for dinner and also helped explain the best metro option for our trip to Gare du Lyon this morning, which made our onward travel hassle free. The room was lovely, perfectly clean and had everything you would want, including great air-conditioning and a juliette balcony overlooking the street below. This hotel is in a really lovely location, only minutes walk from the louvre and place de vendome. I highly recommend!

The building is old, but very climatic, with an interesting history referring to Napoleon. The service is nice and kind. There is no elevator - luggage must be carried upstairs.

The perfect hotel for a quick weekend away. The rooms were clean and the location can't be beat. The WiFi was strong, too. Monsieur Eric and the rest of the staff were kind, helpful, and so knowledgeable about the city. Highly recommend!
