Merci infiniment tout d'abord à Mustapha, à l'accueil, pour sa gentillesse, son écoute. A mon arrivée, j'ai été très très bien accueilli de sa part. Il a eu la gentillesse au début de m'indiquer les bons endroits où je pouvais me restaurer. Hôtel 2 étoiles et avec un sentiment sincèrement familial. Concernant ma chambre la 11, rien à redire. Je tiens à remercier la personne chargée du ménage. Comparé, à certains hôtels 3 étoiles, l'hôtel Saint Roch n'a rien à se reprocher sincèrement. J'étais seul. Et cette chambre pour moi pour une soirée et une nuit ont été parfaites. Propreté irréprochable. Contrairement peut être à certains avis, de ma part, et ma chambre donnant sur la rue, aucun bruit entendu. Heureusement qu'il existe encore des hôtels comme le vôtre. Merci. Etant rentré la veille tard car théatre, j'ai été très bien accueilli par le personnel de nuit à mon retour à l'hôtel. Et que dire, le lendemain matin, de nouveau accueilli à l'accueil par Mustapha, en attendant mon taxi, pour son extrême gentillesse. Merci beaucoup pour nos échanges qui pour moi ont eu beaucoup d'importances. Quand je serais de nouveau dans ce quartier pour diverses raisons, je n'hésiterais pas à réserver de nouveau ma nuit dans votre hôtel. A tous vos personnels. MERCI

Expérience mitigée... Chambre très petite, bonne literie, fenêtre cours.... Non un conduit de cheminée plutôt ????.
Lit très confortable et personnel au petit soin. Merci a cette équipe très chaleureuse et au petit soin.

I have traveled so many times to Paris and hands down this is the worst hotel ever in the city! The service is poor, The rooms are very dirty and the receptionist is very rude and not understanding of our requests. Stay away at all cost and save yourself from lots of trouble and headache

Lovely old hotel. We had a double superior room which was well priced for the location and size. AC available and greatly appreciated. Slightly cramped bathroom but perfectly serviceable. Some of the receptionists were a little too much, but the younger ones were polite and friendly. An elevator (tiny) goes nearly to the top. I loved the exposed beams in the room. Cleanliness is good. Very simple, but since we spent most of our time out and about, it was perfectly fine for coming back at the end of day and collapsing on the bed! The TV has English language stations. You leave the key at reception when you go out - a nice thing not to worry about losing it.
