The only negative was the noise from the adjoining room. Everything else was great.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only wish there was a mini bar fridge to keep water or soft drinks in. Otherwise, I'll definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Hôtel très bien placé, rue de Rivoli, Louvre, gds boulevards....calme malgré tout. Chambre petite et fonctionnelle. Très bon petit déjeuner frais mais un manque de places assises. Personnel à l'écoute et accueillant. Très bon rapport qualité prix. A recommander sans hésiter.

The hotel and staff were lovely. The staff was most accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. The hotel was in a perfect location, and felt very safe and accessible. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time staying at the hotel but it will not be our last! The room was clean and modern as well as bathroom. The two shower heads in the the large shower, one a rain head and the other was a hand held were great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was fantastic and fresh. The entire staff was friendly and courteous always making sure we were satisfied. The manager greeted us every morning by name at breakfast and the entire staff spoke English which was big plus. I would highly recommend this hotel 10 x over and will definitely stay here again on our yearly trips to Paris. Also, the location is perfect for shopping and great restaurants.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Only the breakfast was dissapointing (very small, not enough knives, we had to share them)

The only drawback was the upper deck in our apartment room, which was way too short for an adult to use (thankfully my daughter loved it). Otherwise, all was fine. Also, the lady receptionist on Sunday morning, Sept. 10, named Danni (if I spell it correctly), was truly amazing - extremely polite and very helpful in all aspects, she is truly an asset to your hotel and deserves to be praised. In all, a very nice stay, thank you for everything.

I was very happy with the quality of the hotel for the cost. The staff were very nice. All of the important things - cleanliness, friendliness, security and nice breakfast - were really, really good.
