Well maintained with good service. Over my past visits I always found that the bathrooms are not perfect. This time the toilet had a funny system that seemed dirty and the windows looked very bad with the curtains ( room 502). Last time it was smelly ( rooms 503 or 504) and the sink has always scratches. But otherwise is is pleasant. I think the concierge could be more friendly and helpful, but still they are ok.

Tout d'abord je tenais à vous remercier de votre accueil. Pour mon 1er séjour dans un établissement de ce standing, j'ai été très agréablement surpris de l'accueil du personnel et la qualité des infrastructures. Votre personnel est à l'écoute, disponible, attentionné….un réel plaisir, vous pouvez leur transmettre mes sincères félicitations.

Phenomenal stay. Personal attention, constant room maintenance and cleanliness, extras in room to go above and beyond, helpful staff, and just genuinely a wonderful home away from home. Michelin star restaurant, perfect location, and gorgeous design are all incredible perks! AND King size bed. One of our favorite hotel stays ever!

Équipe très agréable, à l’écoute et toujours souriante. Établissement très propre. Le spa est très agréable malgré un manque de chaleur dans le hammam et le sauna. Un petit coin détente au calme aurais été le bienvenu pour faire une petite sieste. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec une bonne literie. Malgré quelques petits désagréments (les portes claquantes très fortement dans les chambres avoisinantes nous empêchant de dormir le matin) nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Our stay at Le Burgundy was exceptional! The hotel staff are all very pleasant and helpful. We had opportunity to work in advance with the Concierge services and their knowledge and professionalism helped make our first visit to Paris very enjoyable. The laundry service was fast and efficient. The bell service was the same, always with a smile and a sincere effort to be of service.
The breakfast service was the perfect way to start the day in the chic, bright dining area. We also had dinner at the Michelin star restaurant and it is not to be missed. The wine selection is outstanding and the food is beautifully presented and at the perfect pace.
Thank you to Le Burgundy Hotel and Staff for helping to make our Paris visit one of our best vacations ever! We will be back!

Déçue du service.
Nous avons dû réclamer du pain à plusieurs reprises pour avoir finalement des tranches de pain de mie grillé durant notre repas.
Nous avons dû réclamer des gâteaux apéritifs pour voir avec notre apéritif.
Nous avons demandé un thé en chambre que nous n’avons jamais reçu… Il s’agit de mon cinquième ou sixième six jours chez vous, je vous avoue être déçue.

Superbe hôtel, remarquablement situé.
Excellent service et chambre délicieuse.
Belle salle de bains, piscine agréable et spa agréable.

Seuls petits bémol, la viennoiserie du petit déjeuner, qui pourrait souffrir d’être d'un peu meilleur qualité, et hammam dont la vapeur devrait être aromatisée (à l'eucalyptus par exemple) pour éviter les odeurs disgracieuses. Un petit coup de peinture sur certains murs de la chambre (légères traces).

Mis à part cela, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Loved the hotel, lovely rooms, great location. However the breakfast room could Not accommodate all customers and some staff was rude, and arrogant. Front desk people were great.

This was our first stay at Le Burgundy and it was perfect in all ways! Every single employee was so cheery, positive and helpful. I would have only one suggestion. The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful. But the chairs in the dining room, which are a plush velvet seemed dirty or worn around the arm rests. They either need to be cleaned or replaced with a fabric that can take heavy usage. Other than that little suggestion, your hotel was truly perfect and we will be back!
