The toilet did not flush properly. It was very difficult to use the blow dryer in the closet.

The staff was great, we had initially reserved to stay at the Le Burgundy for 7 nights (April 26 thru May 3) to celebrate our 30th anniversary. However we had to shorten our stay because I was diagnosed with pneumonia and needed to head back to the US asap. The staff was very accomodating with this change as well as acknowledging our anniversary. We definitely want to reschedule this trip, hopefully in 2026 and we would definitely stay at the Le Burgundy!

We loved everything about the hotel. The location was perfect, the staff attentive and accommodating. We loved the elegant design and attention to details. We would stay again.
