Great concierge stuff, kind and helpful
& many thanks to Mrnabeel & mr mohammed at front desk to their helpful & mr akram at door bell
Other than that im sorry to tell u that its the worst experinnce ever, since day 1 everything was dirty & towels were sucks ! We had 3 rooms everyday we had a story & complain and nothing change
Employee at restaurant specially at breakfast wasnt help ful wasnt friendly neither with adults nor with children
Thank you but this is the first & last stay

Un joli bar d'hôtel, au calme. Service sympathique, carte courte avec quelques plats intéressants (ravioles de canard) mais décevant en bouche, j'attendais mieux d'un hôtel de ce standing.

Tout a été parfait : affabilité et compétence du personnel, accueil chaleureux, ambiance cosy.
J’ai beaucoup apprécié un repas qui met en valeur autant les protéines que les légumes. Nous avons découvert des associations tout au long des plats qui ont fait pétiller nos papilles. Les vins ont été bien conseillés.
Je recommande vivement pour de grandes occasions.

Excellente entrée et tres bon dessert. Plat tres prometteur mais un peu fade. Ambiance cosy et service attentif. Belle carte des vins

That said, there was a problem with the air conditioning in our room 504 that we identified around our 4th day to the reception and it was not clear that anything was done about that during the remainder of our stay because it continued to misfunction (shut off). Fortunately it was not unduly hot during our stay but the failure to fix it over a couple of days was disappointing.
