On était ravi de notre séjour et on reviendra. Il y avait tout qui fallait dans la chambre. Les gens de réception et conciergerie étaient très sympas. Service efficace et très correcte.

Hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas d'une station de métro et entre la place de la Madeleine et la rue de Rivoli. Très bon accueil. Personnel sympathique. Chambre de bonne dimension avec placards dans l'entrée. Salle de bains avec baignoire et douche. La chambre donne sur une cour donc calme. Gentille attention : des macarons offerts. Piscine et spa dans l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner complet avec des produits de qualité. Hôtel et chambre décoré avec goût. Literie un peu dure.

My wife and I had a very good experience with Le Burgundy. The staff and service was exceptional. The one issue we had was the amount of noise we heard each night while trying to sleep. This was throughout the middle of the night. Perhaps it was because it is such an old building or it was the location of our room, but it seemed as though we were above or below a service room where there was a sound of something rolling on the floor all night (as if a cart was being pushed). We managed to muffle the sound using an app (white noise) on my phone. After the first night, we didn’t know if we could complete our stay because the sound was so disruptive. It was also difficult to regulate the temperature of the room.
