Traveling alone I would like to have more service from the front desk. The answer of all of paris is closed. Is not an adequate answer for someone that requires a dinner reservation for the entire time they stay there as your restaurant is closed! They should be prepared with places to go. I come to paris quite frequently and was so excited to come to your hotel. I won’t be back. The door man and the room service people were great. I also sat alone in the bar to eat a salad for over an hour not once did the wait staff come back to check on me after she gave me my food. Instead she sat with a friend chatting the whole time. The front desk staff was completely unhelpful as well

The door man who os from Croatia is one of the best assets you have in the hotel he helped me with everything I needed the concierge suggested i buy things i need like electric adapter but he brought me one that works
