In Paris. The conciërge did a wonderful job By getting reservations in every restaurant we wanted..
We noted that the hotel was understaffed during breakfast sothat orders came late or wrong. Several guests were complaining, but remaining staff did their best to solve the problems. Also the bar was not allways open due to lack of personel. Hope hotel can solve these problems.
