Absolutely wonderful! I can’t wait to come back. Fred and all of the team at the desk were so lovely. Dinner was delicious and room service via the tablet very easy to use. Thank you for making this a perfect experience.

The main suggestion is to work on the noise from the morning deliveries. We also found the food ordering on the tablet to be confusing and too many clicks through to look at the menu so therefore very time consuming - perhaps have one page with all of the menu then enable add to cart.

Overall we loved the hotel - the team and facilities are great but sleep was impacted and we had to change some of our plans as we were too tired do them.
