The staff at this hotel went above and beyond what I expect for service. We arrived early before check in and they greeted us with champagne, and an expresso. They led us to the spa area where we were welcomed to shower and freshen up if we desired. The room was great and spacious. Every turn down service came with a surprise. The location was great and very easy to access the metro. We had reservations at a restaurant and came close to going to the wrong one. The concierge called to verify our reservation and then walked us out to the cab. The Parisians show the most professional elegance and kindness. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Hemos pasado 4 días en este hotel, características:
está muy bien situado para recorrer París a pie.
El desayuno buffet venía acompañado de j.perrier(eso anima el día)
El spa coqueto pero indispensable para relajarse y renovar energía para continuar en la noche y por último,lo mejor,la gente q está en la recepción, siempre ayudando,y haciendo que tu estancia sea perfecta(Eloísa al ser española se desvivía con nosotros, gracias)
En definitiva,muy recomendable

This hotel is perfection. I won't stay anywhere else in Paris now. The location is excellent and you can walk to many amazing restaurants and tourist sites, or you can catch the nearby metro to get across town, or the helpful concierges will call you a taxi. The Executive rooms are so spacious and comfortable with tall, lovely windows and juliette balconies overlooking the street. The concierge arranged for flowers for my room at my request and they were *gorgeous*. The rooms are very quiet and I never heard any other guests around me. Room service was fast and delicious and the breakfast buffet was also excellent. You have to try the spa as well. I visited on my own and also booked a massage which was relaxing after long days of meetings in London the week before.

This really felt like my own personal sanctuary in the heart of Paris. Comfortable, luxurious, relaxing, I can't wait to come back.

One of the best hotels you can stay in Paris.
- clean and comfortable rooms and beds
- Impeccable service, from welcoming the guests to turn down service
- Great breakfast, with eggs to chose and a wide variety on the buffet, everything fresh.
- Location is awesome, between Pont Neuf and Les Halles.

everyone is super nice, helpful and friendly! Except the front desk MANAGER, SADLY, maybe he doesn’t like Asians?? he acts and talks snobbishly but was smiling and friendly to other guests :) I think he needs to work on his attitude a bit more and stop acting with bias against his customers. will definitely stay somewhere else next time, so many better choices at this price range

Je me dois ici d être totalement honnête je n’ai pas séjourne dans cet hôtel mais j’ai fait la connaissance de l’équipe ponctuellement ce qui donne à mon avis un accent particulier
Franck le directeur n’est que sourire et empathie son seul souci est le bonheur de ses hôtes
Son équipe lui ressemble vous vous sentez choyés même si vous n’êtes pas clients
J’espère un jour venir loger dans cet établissement merveilleux

Un séjour absolument parfait, tant au niveau de la qualité des prestations que de celle du service et de l’emplacement. Merci encore à l’équipe qui a été avec nous aux petits soins. Nous espérons revenir un jour et pourquoi pas vous revoir en Polynésie !

Excellente expérience dans l'ensemble.
Établissement de qualité, confortable et agréable.
Personnel réellement au petit soin. Mention spéciale pour Guillaume à la réception.
Les détails et petites attentions sont très appréciables.
Je regrette que mes demandes faites avant notre arrivée n'aient pas été respectées, et que la chambre n'ait pas répondu a l'attendu (lit 140cm et non 160cm, porte de douche qui fuyait ..).
Vu la qualité du reste je n'ai envie de retenir que le meilleur , mais ces petits désagréments sont dommages.

This is not a 5* hotel, it's nice enough but we were disgusted to find that when we walked down the stairs instead of taking the lift on each floor there were numerous dirty room service plates left out on our first night, we then went out the next morning (not early) and they were all still there. Horrible to see. We also got back to our hotel at midnight and wanted a nightcap, which we were told the bar isn't open and we can't order glasses of wine to our room, I've never experience not being able to order a glass of wine in a 4* let alone a 5* hotel. Some of the staff were very helpful, some very unhelpful. Rooms were good size for Paris, but for the price I would never expect what I mention above
