Excellent location! Right in the heart of all these lovely cafes and shops. The room was quite small but it did the job for just dropping your bags and being out exploring all day.

petit dej dommage en pain, y a que un gros morceau de pain et 2/3petites tranches de pain de mie tu peux même pas te faire des œufs à la coque ou les œufs durs parce qu’il y a pas d’appareil pour. t’as pas tant que ça le choix pour le petit déjeuner t’as des trucs habituels mais vraiment minimaliste la dame du petit déjeuner n’a pas l’air si aimable que sa la salle est assez petite si il y a du monde il y a vite plus de place … petit chocolat chaud petit verre … le jus d’orange et de pomme ne sont même pas des vrais presser c’est industriel … aucune ambiance chaleureuse ni rien c’est assez sombre .... les chambres sont Bien mais bruyantes …

chambre petite, mais pour Paris rien de choquant.|Pas super propre (la moquette, c'est vraiment pas top) et gros manque de rangements (deux trois petites étagères de plus seraient bienvenues)|salle de bain pas grande non plus, mais propre et bien faite.|Literie bien.|Le gros bémol: Une insonorisation vers l'extérieur quasi inexistante. On a l'impression de dormir dans la rue, quel dommage! il y a bien du double vitrage, mais la fente d'aération au dessus laisse passer tous les bruits de rue.|Il suffirait de bonnes menuiseries triple vitrage, et l'hôtel serait top. Investissez! en deux mois vous avez un retour sur investissement!|Insonorisation dans l'hôtel plutôt bonne, on a dormi a coté de l'ascenseur et rien entendu. On entend peu les voisins de chambre aussi.|Emplacement le top du top. Il y a tout a pied a quelques mètres, et pour visiter Paris c'est très bien aussi. Le gros plus de cet hôtel assurément.

L’unica cosa positiva di questo albergo è la posizione centrale, per il resto il rapporto qualità e prezzo è negativo. Camere troppo care per stanze piccolissime, reception piccola e datata, locale colazione al piano -1 senza finestre e ascensore dove si fa fatica a stare in due con una valigia piccola. Ambiente stantio per 300 euro a notte è decisamente troppo. Non mi è piaciuto neanche che hanno chiesto subito all’arrivo il pagamento delle tre notti e fino all’ultimo giorno hanno tenuto bloccata una cauzione di 237 euro sulla carta. Mi ha lasciata perplessa anche il fatto che non abbiano chiesto i documenti all’arrivo. Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglierei.

This place is all about the location. It's central to everything and very easy to get anyway from here. You can take the RER B to and from the airport. The train station is only a 2 minute walk away. There are plenty of food options within walking distance. I stayed for 3 nights and mostly ate in the surrounding area. It's a very lively area full of restaurants, bars, shops, and a mall.

The hotel itself is small. The elevator is the smallest I've ever seen throughout Europe and Asia, it is literally a 1 person elevator. The rooms are small but the bathroom is decent size. The condition of the room needs massive updating. My shower and sink drained very slowly. The hot water did not get hot, I never even turned on the cold water since it never got hot.

Breakfast was mediocre. Not a whole lot of variety to pick from. Just the basic eggs, bacon, some pastries, yogurt, and cereal. Most mornings it was just me eating there.

Overall if location is what matters the most, this is a good choice. Especially if you're looking for a lot of bars and restaurants. But if comfort is what you value, this is not the best option.

Fantastic location staff very friendly. Rooms are on the small size and lift is more like a dumb waiter. There was a strange smell in our room on arrival which went away after a day. Strange smells also in ekevator/corridors which may have come from metro. Buffet breakfast very average

I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever find myself in Paris again! The location is fantastic! A quick train ride from the airport, and from there a very short walk on a very pedestrian friendly street. There were restaurants, shops, grocery, all within walking distance. The service was fantastic! Always made us feel welcome and we received personalized service every step of the way. The two young men that we interacted with on the daily were always smiling and entertained our rusty French.

My only teeny tiny negative thing to mention is the size of the room, but we knew the size going in so adjusted our expectations. The elevator is charmingly cozy, but the fact that there is an elevator in a Parisian boutique hotel is already a huge plus.

The value for dollar was definitely there and I definitely recommend this hotel.

Just arrived home after spending 2 nights here. The hotel & room was lovely and clean. Friendly staff. Location of the hotel was excellent. Our experience was extremely positive, only negative was that I would have preferred drink making facilities in the room. Would definitely recommend & stay here again if I was back in Paris.

The experience at this hotel was really disappointing. The only positives are the location (which allows exploring a significant quantity of main sights on foot and walking through beautiful neighbourhoods) and a the staff, which are really helpful and kind. They assisted us with changing our reservation free of charge and we will never forget it. However, the hotel is really overpriced for what it is. The room was very small (and we did not even go for the smallest one!) and did not seem to be clean: the tapestries were dirty and worn out and there were carpets, curtains and velvet decorations which were quite dusty. The bathroom was also not properly clean (there was toilet paper in the toilet when I arrived in the room, so the toilet was not properly flushed). The towels were stained and one smelled like fried food, really disgusting. This is not what I would expect for 260 euros per night! Try to avoid using the elevator: it’s weirdly small. The hotel smells like sewage in the evening and, during the night, you can hear metallic noises (coming probably from the pipes or plumbing). Noise and temperature insulations are really poor: the room is cold and you can hear every noise coming from the street.

They were extremely considerate and helpful regarding the cancellation of my reservation. The hotel staff was very supportive in every aspect. They did their best to assist me. Thank you for everything. If I go to Paris, I would definitely want to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is easy to access via the metro, and is excellently located in the centre of Paris and walking distance within most tourist hotspots. As two girl friends in their 20s we felt safe in the area. ||The room was small but nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The hotel is not accessible as there is an incredibly small lift or very steep/narrow steps. There is luggage storage where you can hold bags safely after checkout. ||I would definitely recommend the hotel for young couples or friends.

Lift is tiny but that is advertised, we didn't find it to be an issue as hotel is small overall. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. There was some street noise being near Westfields, but the windows are quite good at soundproofing. Great location for easily getting around, would stay at again.

If you are looking for a clean, ideally situated hotel in the 2nd arr. with a very comfortable bed this is ideal. We didn’t want anything with loads of extra amenities as we wanted somewhere decent to stay but intended to be out and about all day/evening. This was walking distance to many attractions and public transport was easy for further exploring. A previous reviewer mentioned noise at night but on our visit it was really quiet. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. They were happy for us to leave luggage prior to check in and on departure which was very helpful.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, très pratique pour se déplacer et découvrir les environs. Un gros point positif est la douche : le débit est vraiment excellent, ce qui est très appréciable après une longue journée. En revanche, la taille des éléments dans la chambre laisse à désirer. L'espace est si limité qu'il faut presque se mettre de côté pour accéder aux toilettes, ce qui n'est pas acceptable pour un séjour confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais pas exceptionnel : il fait le travail sans être mémorable. En résumé, un hôtel convenable pour un court séjour, mais des améliorations pourraient être faites côté confort dans la chambre.

Great hotel. The front desk was very efficient and nice and recommended places. The room was the most spacious room we had while in Paris. Tiny building hotel but the rooms were clean. The only complaint is that the lobby smells a bit bad and the elevators are tiny, but this was not a big issue.

Great place with clean rooms and extraordinary service. Super friendly, helpful and child friendly. The elevator is a bit small but still manageable with luggage and stroller. Would come back anytime and enjoy the area and helpfulness of the staff (which speaks English perfectly). Thumbs up!
