The hotel truly stands out for its excellent service and attention to detail, but what made our stay unforgettable was the professionalism and warm personality of Dhanushka. Always smiling and ready to help, Dhanushka added a personal touch that elevated our experience to another level.
A big thank you to the entire staff, but a special shout-out to Dhanushka for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back! ????

Personnel très gentil mais hôtel globalement sale et en mauvais état : moquette dans les escaliers, poussière dans la chambre, réfrigérateur avec des restes, lavabo de la salle de douche qui fuit et pas de wifi contrairement à ce qui était annoncé.|Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas les 14€ demandés.

The location is great, well centered and close of metro station. |The staff is friendly and the desk reception is open 24h. The breakfast is Ok, makes its job. ||The hotel and the room are tired. It's very different of the level of quality that is showed on pictures. I was quite dispppoited. I feel like it's not worth the money, unless the location is your main consideration.

The location of this hotel is fantastic.| It is very close to the Chatelet theatre and easy walking distance to most of the city attractions and a metro station is close by too for visiting further afield. |The reception was manned 24 hours by friendly, professional staff. |The hotel was clean throughout but the decor was tired and there was a lack of property maintenance.|The room we stayed in was modest and the bathroom cramped but the bed was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room which proved useful considering how expensive everywhere is in the city! | There was not a good view from the window as there was a portacabin type structure right outside the hotel in the street and quite a lot of noise day & night with numerous Police sirens. Breakfast was sparse but OK but there is a lovely restaurant just around the corner (Au Vieux Chatelet) which serves a fabulous breakfast package for a similar price.. All in all a convenient choice of hotel offering fair value for money, considering its superb location.
