Super accueil, pro et très humain. A l écoute de la demande du client. Très chouette chambre avec une décoration très très agréable. De jolie meuble, agréable papier peint... c est la plus belle chambre depuis longtemps sur Paris. Coin cuisine à disposition. Ascenseur. Bref je conseille et je reviendrais

Isolation phonique des fenêtres donnant sur la rue très mauvaises. Malgré un double vitrage. Les boiseries ne sont pas étanche.On dirait que la fenêtre est ouverte.

Endroit très charmant.
Les chambres sont magnifiques et le personnel très accueillant et souriant.
J'adore les petites lumières dans douches.

First room didn't have a working shower - I don't begrudge issues that aren't predictable. But to be told that a shower that doesn't run warm is just my fault for using it incorrectly is crazy!
Moved to a different room with some arguing, shower funnily DID work in this room despite my apparent inability to operate taps.
Rooms are small, even for Paris standards but was clean and L'occitane toiletries welcome. Only flat surface was a slanted desk: less welcome!
Sadly, went from bad to worse as we were woken at 4am with a fire alarm (again, I don't hold this against them), but what I DO, is that there were no staff in the building, merely a poster on the reception to call a number if there were issues. Me calling him was the first he heard of the fire alarm being activated in the building and he casually wandered over 10 mins later as all guests were outside.
No apology given. On checkout the following morning, reception couldn't even be bothered to apologise.
I believe a standard for a 4 star hotel is 24/7 manned reception. Miserable stay.
