J’espère que des sanctions seront appliquées.
Especially the big savory contrast on the appetizers, sour, salty, lots of herbs like mint, verbena, pesto..etc, i know it’s to refresh / wake up my taste buds, but it didn’t work on me which i could only finish half of the portion as well as one of my main lobster dish was way too salty that i left the side component away.
Then i told my server about this and he asked Philip to make my food less salty from the 4th dishes onwards. Btw, i ordered the Palais Royal set!
In conclusion, i enjoyed the food, had a great time and liked the veal with plum and Lemon sorbet the most!
