I hate a great experience but it does feel a bit overpriced. Service, ambiance, out of the park, but the tasting menu with portions feels like it should be 2/3 of the price. So worth it if you do have some extra $, but not if you are vacationing on a budget. The best pork of my life though, I will say, and every dish is amazing and made with care.

This was one of the best dining experiences I have enjoyed in my life.

Restaurant is quaint and charming. The servers were all so friendly and polite. They took time to speak to us about both the food, and our Paris experience.

We paired our courses with wine, and all three complimented the food beautifully. Doing so is pricey, but if you want to have a fabulous dining experience and have a meal you will always remember, then I can’t recommend the restaurant enough

A very pleasant dinner. All the courses were good, but the fish was fantastic. The combinations of flavours worked really well. Service was friendly. Its a bit dark in the restaurant.

Beautiful restaurant with excellent tasting menu and service. We had some amazing food throughout our time in Paris but this place stands out as one we’d like to return to. It felt homey in the best possible way. Flavors were on point with great produce from their farm. Thoughtful pescatarian substitution for the meat course.

Excellent boutique restaurant with a very approachable and reasonably priced tasting menu. We dined on the first night of their new spring menu and the spring vegetables opening dish was amazing. Verjus accommodated our dietary restrictions well. The wine pairings were great. The lamb dish was a little small portion wide but the taste was outstanding. This was one of our favorite dinners in Paris and we will definitely go back when we return to Paris.

Delicate, balanced, relaxed perfection. I cannot recommend Verjus highly enough. The staff are superb. Every dish was a delight.

We dined at Verjus on our last night in Paris for a celebratory meal, and it was mostly wonderful. Everything that the staff you did was perfect as was the food. I really want to call attention to the service. Someone in the restaurant had a medical emergency while we were there, and not only were they were so incredible to that person, but also to everyone else in the restaurant after that — apologizing, when it was absolutely not their fault. The service and food at Verjus is only as incredible as the people behind it.

Only minus, The scaffolding outside is definitely a bit of an eyesore, but everything else is perfect and you should definitely dine here.

Excellent restaurant, une belle adresse au sein de Paris où on mange très très bien!
Personnel souriant, serviable et d'une grande gentillesse. Les repas délicieux et un peu originaux.

Another fabulous, memorable dining experience - we did the tasting menu and one wine pairing. Food was amazing as usual - and service was impeccable, casual, attentive. Fine dining without the pretense. Yes it is a splurge - but worth it.

Reservations are a must.

I had a nice dinner at Verjus.
Staff is so friendly.
The Space is beautiful.
And the food was delicious, the vegetables treatment is amazing, so delicious, as much as outshine the meat and the fish.
I will be back, for sure.

Ate here for the third time, as a pescatarian and vegetarian. Food was uneven. The highlight was the fish course and veggie equivalent, the best thing we ate on this trip to Paris. The snacks were a mixed bag, mushroom broth was delicious, but who wants to eat cold pommes Anna? The main course was frankly rubbish. Substituting lamb for a piece of slushy aubergine, and not even bothering to replace the lamb pie on the side, is not good enough as a veggie option. And we know the kitchen can put out great veggie food, hence this being a repeat visit. A shame. The normally cosy ambience is also not currently improved by the enormous strip light outside the window, but I guess this is just temporary during exterior works. Service friendly as always.

Absolutley AMAZING experience last night! Sarah took such great care of us!!! The service was exceptional as well as the wine-paired tasting menu. One of the best dining experiences I have EVER had!. Thank you, Sarah for an evening to remember. We will be back the next time we are in Paris!

Très mauvais restaurant de plus le personnel est des plus désagréable et incompétent entre les 2 heure de temps d’attente pour recevoir mon plat et les serveur qui se permettent de se moquer ouvertement de nous je déconseille se restaurant entre les prix et la nourriture qui est des plus ignoble
