巴黎卤味店提供传统的法国菜，菜单上有肉类和鱼类。
自从八十年前建成以来，这家位于巴黎Les Halles地区的传统小酒馆（锌制家具、现代艺术的台灯、画有葡萄的壁纸）每天晚上都会迎来无数美食爱好者和鉴赏家。餐厅用最具代表性的招牌菜“鸡肉火锅”（据说亨利四世曾希望他的所有国民都能在周日中午吃上这道菜）作为名称实在是再合适不过。这家餐厅早已名扬四海，看看餐厅留言簿上一个个响亮的名字就能看出这一点。上世纪80年代最火的歌星贝尔纳德拉维耶（Bernard Lavilliers)还有其他著名的艺术家都长出入于此（西纳特拉、滚石乐队、王子乐队还有克鲁实等等）。但不管怎么国际化，“鸡肉火锅”还是一家传统的法式餐厅，食物美味食量大方。菜单上罗列着各种传统名菜：肥鹅肝顿鸡蛋、白葡萄酒洋葱干酪丝面包汤、勃艮第肉冻、卡门贝尔奶酪、烤鸡肉配米饭、芥末酱牛腰、热巧克力淋冰淇凌或是为年轻女士们准备的卡尔瓦多斯苹果烧酒挞。在这里人们流传着一句口号：多样的菜品，一样的美味！

J'ai dîné dans ce restaurant récemment et je dois dire que la nourriture était excellente. Chaque plat était savoureux.
De plus, le personnel était très à l'écoute et attentif, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Petite mention spéciale à Fanny et Yori !
Je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous ceux qui cherchent à passer un bon moment !

Mamadu and Yuri are amazing employees, they enhanced the experience to one of the best of my life. It was special ocasion for my wife and they were very kind and helped me with a surprise! Food is amazingly good and the place also amazing. Didn't have any negative points. Recommend 100%.

Finally managed to book a table at this very busy place, it was recommended by a friend who knows how much I enjoy onion soup, it’s proven to be the best I have tried in Paris, the escargot was good too but the poule au pot which is the restaurant signature wasn’t good at all, bone dry, taste less, the rice tasted as it was scraped out from the bottom of the pan after sitting there for the day it was dry and hard, I even found a Little Rock in it, I requested to take away the leftovers they wrapped it in a clean film instead packing it as most of the restaurants do, I hope it was something temporary as it would put people off of taking the leftovers home and avoid the waste as it’s the whole purpose of it.
The cream brûlée was big enough for two people.
We were lucky enough to get a table in the corner close to the door which was nice and private but the other tables are very close to each other.
The service was good.
I’d go back there but will definitely not order their chicken ever again. It was a shame as I could see the restaurant is very popular, as I was sitting close to the door I saw people getting turned around as they just turned up without reservation so the restaurant wasn’t able to accommodate.

So worth making a reservation, we had a stressful day before visiting and this dinner turned our day around, truly a gem restaurant in Paris!
We ordered the steak and frites with poivre sauce it was delicious, the waitress recommended the creme brûlée for dessert and it was the best one we have ever had!
Service was perfect will definitely return.
