巴黎卤味店提供传统的法国菜，菜单上有肉类和鱼类。
自从八十年前建成以来，这家位于巴黎Les Halles地区的传统小酒馆（锌制家具、现代艺术的台灯、画有葡萄的壁纸）每天晚上都会迎来无数美食爱好者和鉴赏家。餐厅用最具代表性的招牌菜“鸡肉火锅”（据说亨利四世曾希望他的所有国民都能在周日中午吃上这道菜）作为名称实在是再合适不过。这家餐厅早已名扬四海，看看餐厅留言簿上一个个响亮的名字就能看出这一点。上世纪80年代最火的歌星贝尔纳德拉维耶（Bernard Lavilliers)还有其他著名的艺术家都长出入于此（西纳特拉、滚石乐队、王子乐队还有克鲁实等等）。但不管怎么国际化，“鸡肉火锅”还是一家传统的法式餐厅，食物美味食量大方。菜单上罗列着各种传统名菜：肥鹅肝顿鸡蛋、白葡萄酒洋葱干酪丝面包汤、勃艮第肉冻、卡门贝尔奶酪、烤鸡肉配米饭、芥末酱牛腰、热巧克力淋冰淇凌或是为年轻女士们准备的卡尔瓦多斯苹果烧酒挞。在这里人们流传着一句口号：多样的菜品，一样的美味！

Every dish I've ever had here is AMAZING, the atmosphere is charming, and the staff have always gone above & beyond! They also used to be open when we'd fly late at night, which was just wonderful. I hope they've resumed that since Covid rules have relaxed.
Regardless, I cannot recommend it more highly! The foie gras & warm goat cheese salad are must-haves at each visit, and all dishes have been superb. It's cozy and welcoming, and you can tell by all the little brass plaques of celebrity regulars that it's worth many a repeat visit!

Good evening! The restaurant offers good cuisine, but the service needs improvement. The appetizers and main courses are tasty, but they don’t create a wow effect. There are issues with the service: they don’t clear the glasses, they don’t change the tablecloth for dessert—and in general, it’s shabby (for a restaurant with a high price tag and a Michelin star). They didn’t offer tea or coffee with dessert. After serving the dishes, they don’t say “enjoy your meal” to mark the end of the service and the start of the guests’ dining experience. If it were just an inexpensive restaurant, we would have given it a five. But this is Michelin, and that means reputation. We are very disappointed and do not recommend it.
